This company was contracted to deliver furniture to us by the furniture company. We were contacted mid-week by Mary to set up a delivery time on the following Monday. Friday afternoon, we were contacted again by another female (whose name I failed to catch), asking if we could take delivery that Sunday rather than Monday; we rescheduled for Sunday between 8:00-12:00, with a "heads-up" call expected when the driver was 30 min out. The furniture didnt show up at ALL Sunday; I left a message with the office asking what was going on. I never received a call back--still havent. Monday morning, James, who called himself the warehouse manager, called to let us know our furniture was on its way. When I asked him what happened to our Sunday delivery, he said, "..Oh, the furniture wouldnt fit on the truck." As if this explained why they stood us up. When I asked about the lack of communication, he replied, clearly annoyed, "...Maam, do you want your furniture delivered today or not?!". He refused to give me the name of the general manager, even though I asked more than once. The only reason this company is getting any stars at all is because the two men who delivered the furniture were polite, efficient, and left no trace they were there. Its too bad their "boss" is rude and unprofessional, and the company they work for doesnt follow up to offer any kind of explanation, let alone apology, for abandoning their customers.

I used these guys for my move and they did a great job. They padded everything so well that nothing was damaged. Everyone was really friendly and professional. I hope I dont need to move again soon, but if I do I will call them again. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to move. They communicated everything to me completely so I had all my questions answered and was very comfortable with the whole process.
