Although the actual movers did a good job, we did not appreciate either "moving scam" or the unwillingness to pay for damaged furniture. After the manager gave us an estimate after eyeballing every stick of our furniture, they came to us after the move with a price of almost $600 over that estimate, then refuse to fix out DR hutch that their movers admitting breaking. Now will not return our calls. Not the type of company I want to deal with ever again!

Have used them three times. First time was perfect. On time, efficient use of time, no dings or dents.. 5 stars! Unfortunately, the past two times have been awful. In both instances, one of the two men they sent were unbelievably slow. I mean, VERY slow. On their phone, one box at a time, completely inefficient.. Essentially, there was only one guy doing all the work and while he was great, when youre paying by the hour its unacceptable!! 2 1/2 stars.

These guys are the most unprofessional people I have met - under quoting hours need to do the job, damaging items and not completing the job. And at one point threatening to take my furniture back to their depot unless a check was received (and this was half way through the job) - crooks!

Their drivers taking big chances passing. Dangerous and reckless. I95 southbound by Raleigh, NC. No regard for safety.
