I would give this moving company 0 stars if I could. By far, the absolute WORST moving experience my family has ever had!!! I cannot warn future customers enough about this terrible business. The general manager is extremely apathetic, dishonest, and unresponsive when it comes to handling customers issues. He promised time and time again that his crew would show up at our home at a certain time and of course they failed time and time again to do so. He would not return phone calls but instead, hid behind his secretary. At the end of the day, he is not a man of integrity. If you are looking for movers, please do yourself a favor and look for another company.

The movers were supposed to be at my home between 8-10 am today. It is not 3:00 PM and no movers. They sent someone who claimed through very broken English he was not allowed to work here because hes not from this country so they would not let him on my base. Then they called at 12:19 PM to tell me they were a little over an hour away, again it is 3:00 PM. No contract what so ever unless I personally called, absolutely ridiculous communication, horrible customer attention... And who sends an illegal immigrant to a US military base to move someone? I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I recently used Ace Moving & Storage for a large long distance move. I was very stressed preparing for everything and worried about my belongings being in the care of someone else. However now that the move has been completed and everything unpacked, and put away in our new home, I am very impressed with the professional moving and packing services I received. I would gladly recommend them to anyone in the search for movers as a reliable, professional, and trustworthy company with great employees.

Just had ACE do a military move for me. Im pretty nervous about mover after some bad experiences, but these guys were perfect. Crew took good care of my stuff, put up with my fussing, and did it in good cheer. Id definitely go back and hire the same guys if I do another move in the area. The crew lead on my move was Kadian who I would recommend if you decide to move with these guys.
