I pulled my hair out of which company to use. I surveyed the various companies and finally selected U-Pack because: they have an established nationwide trucking network, the container was small enough to fit in a parking space (critical at both locations), everything is pretty much done through email and texts, and the ratings indicated they were efficient and offer a lot of customer support. You can speak with a person at any time and they are very helpful but otherwise its a smooth automated process from start to finish. Delivery from coast to coast was 1 week. The size of the container turned out to be even more important to me ...space for a container was even more limited than I thought and the fact it could fit in a car parking spaced saved me. I cant rate them high enough! Note, the drop off times are estimates so plan to be flexible...the initial drop off time exceeded the 4 hour window by 1 hour but the subsequent drop was within the first hour of the window. The issue is that if youre packing or unloading within 1 day it can be difficult to schedule your helpers. Suggestion to U-Pack, enable customer to communicate/text directly with the truck dropping the container.

At first this company was great. Excellent customer service and they seemed to be fair and trustworthy. Then the problems began. First they forgot to pick up our loaded trailer. Second, they told us it would be delivered on a certain day and it was not. Third, they refused to call back or refund any money. This company has a great idea, but they need to remember that they are moving peoples lives and not worry so much about the precious freight that also goes on the trailer.

I had about 2 weeks to move almost cross-country. The ReloCube turned out to be the easiest and the most cost-efficient option for me. I chose terminal-to-terminal. The office was really quick with processing my paperwork. Special thanks to the truck driver who helped us figure out how to latch the cube! LOL!

Very affordable. They dont always deliver at the time you scheduled though. My relo-cube was delivered two hours before the time window I requested, so I was not at my apartment. Fortunately they left the cube without my being there. Overall recommend for a long distance move.

I just moved from VA to OR and used UPack to move my belonging. I ended up with a trailer that was loaded in Richmond VA and sent to Portland OR. The employees at both end were very polite and helpful. If I move again I will be using Upack.

Moved from VA to MN, U-Pack was very accommodating despite some hiccups on drop off times and arrivals, U-Pack was quick to communicate and were very polite and helpful throughout the entire move. Would recommend using again.
