I called Offutt because our dryer valve was leaking and they graciously squeezed us in the next morning! When Renny came he quickly figured out the issue, a graphite string needed to be replaced. My dad (later) said the plumbing was very old and that we were lucky he was so quick and efficient figuring out the issue.Not only did Renny fix that but we had a handle for our bathroom tub that needed to be fixed (striped screw and it would not turn on) Renny tacked this on and said it was no problem... he even had a replacement handle at home. He went to get it and was back in minutes! He finished both jobs in about an hour and a half (including the time it took to get parts). Thanks for the great service and for fixing all our plumbing issues... for a great price. I normally regret any large purchase but this one I felt good about. My husband said the tool and bit Renny used to get the handle out (which proved difficult, stubborn thing) would have cost more than the service! If you have an issue Call Offutt... youll get more than service at a great price, youll get peace of mind knowing the job was done right ( and your hubby didnt cause more issues trying to fix it).

Offutt repaired a few plumbing issues in our house. They work fast, and you want that when youre paying $30/15 min. Overall I was pleased and would use them again. We found them in Consumers Checkbook (a service that rates service providers)
