Called Paul Brown Plumbing about my pilot going out for my water heater. The Plumber came the next afternoon told me he guessed the problem was the thermal coupler but the part would be $300 and then told me I had no problem. I asked how much I owed him and he said dont worry about it but to call them if I had more problems. No work was performed but yet I received a bill for $190.00 to have a conversation with a plumber. The same problem still exists today yet I am out $190.00

The first job I used them for- they were great. After that, there wasnt a job where they made less than 2 trips because they didnt get it right the first time. On a bathtub removal they sawed the entrance way without asking my permission, then offered/gave nothing to fix the damages. The person who answers their calls has no customer service skills to speak of and cant understand basic service requests.
