Went in to replace a broken belt off a piece of equipment and the lady measured the belt and was extremely cocky. Didnt have the exact size so I asked if we could check with ORielys down the street and she bad mouthed them. Went back to the shop and the belt didnt even come close to fitting. Measured the old belt myself and the cocky lady was way off on her measurement. Drove all the way back to get the correct belt and they would even offer any kind of discount for the incompetency. Will never be back in that store.
