Paul Duckworth, owner of CK Auto Exclusive, has been taking care of my Mercedes CK 350 since I bought it in 2011. Over the past 3 years, I have had the most wonderful experience working with Paul. He treats you like family, and is truly an expert when it comes to Mercedes. He goes above and beyond for his customers, and his no nonsense approach is refreshing. He is honest, and takes time to explain what is going on with my car when I dont understand, never impatient and always so knowledgeable! When I was unsure if my mechanical issue was covered by my warranty, he led me in the right direction and the entire repair was covered! I also recently got into a bad situation with an alignment company. I took my car to someone to do the alignment, not knowing that Paul did them also, and they took my money and said that they could not align my car because of the Mercedes default settings, and it simply was untrue! Paul talked to the company on my behalf and helped to work everything out for me just because he truly cares for his customers. I would recommend Paul to anyone, without ever giving it a second thought. At this point, I wouldnt let anyone else touch my car, ever, and I will likely buy a Mercedes again because I would know it was in good hands and I would never have to worry about the mechanical aspect! Thanks to Paul and his crew for reinstating my faith in good people, specifically mechanics! Ha!

I have a 94 SL500, which is new to me... I notice that the air conditioner wasnt working properly, and a couple of other minor repairs that needed to be done. I had taken the car to a couple of other places and they wanted quite a bit of money just to diagnose the air conditioner problem. Paul looked at it while I waited and determined it may be a couple of things and gave me an estimate. I took the car back a day later, and left it for him to work on... He did everything he said he was going to do, including finding a "compressor wire" that needed cleaning... By him doing a little more "investigation" he found that I didnt need the $600.00 part. I am very happy with his honesty, professionalism and work... Hes got a new customer in me... I plan on taking my car to him from here on ...

I commute from LA to Santa Rosa once a month and I wouldnt let anyone but Paul at CK touch my car. Hes done everything from mechanical to electrical to lowering and custom headlight work for me. Its always been great work and hes never let me leave without having done everything my SL needed. Never pushed a product on me, never pushed a service that wasnt necessary. Hes a great resource about everything Ive done because he knows Mercedes so well. And even when I try off-the-wall ideas to customize the look or feel of the car, he understands exactly what Im trying to accomplish and helps me get there. CK is the BEST. And THE CLEANEST shop in California.

My MBZ is now 10 yrs old and I have been taking my E320 to Paul ever since the warranty ran out with the dealer. I must say, I truly believe the car has never performed better since using CK. Paul is very professional, very honest, never tries to push repair work which is especially significant when ones car gets older. They arrange for a loaner car at no extra charge and work is always done promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend Paul and CK. Rich Bastas

Honest Mechanic. I began taking my c230 kompressor to paul after being quoted ridiculous prices for replacing a hose. I have owned a mercedes for over 10 years and after being taking advantage of many times, I am glad I found CK Auto. Two of my family members are taking their Mercedes there now as well.
