Terrible service by these so called professionals. I spent $1200 on new tires with them. Also purchased a life time alignment for another $175. I took my car on to the free way to check the balance of the wheels and when the car reached 60 mph it started to shake severely. So made another appointment to check the balance and dropped the car off for 4 hours. When I came to pick it up they told me they couldnt find my wheel lock key which is in the glove box in plain view. Mind you, they just put new tires on the car a few days earlier. So made another appointment and dropped the car off for another 4 hours. When I picked up the car they did another alignment and didnt rebalance the tires, like I requsted. Why they did the alignment is a mystery because I asked for tire rebalance. To add insult to injury when I pulled in to my driveway I noticed one of the wheel covers had fell off between their store and my house. Its only 2 miles! On a 22 inch wheel the center cover is $80 to replace and they wont pay for it. Also now my steering wheel is turned left when driving straight. So instead of trying to have them for a 4th time to balance 4 car tires I went to Harbor Freight Tools and bought a $50 wheel balancer. I pulled the wheels off to check their balance job and discovered 2 of the wheels were so badly balanced that when I pulled their weights off it was better. Long story short now my wheels are perfectly smooth at any speed, but I still have to replace the $80 wheel cover and get my steering wheel centered somewhere else. So if you like being ripped off and having shoddy work done on your car, then this Firestone shop is the place for you.

This place not only took me in on a Saturday without a reservation, but also they were able to fix my car within a few hours. I apparently had a bad battery, alternator, and belt. Along with some other things. My car seems to be running better now. I asked to take a picture of the parts, which they allowed me to do, but it did feel I got a bit of guff around this and any other questions/comments I made to the mechanics. Not sure if this was about gender, or just they get tired of customers being suspicious. But, as a woman, I know I have to stick up for myself more than a man would as I am more likely to be taken advantage of in a mechanics shop. I will say the guy I talked to was very nice and friendly and didnt talk down to me about the inner workings of a car, which is a plus, but also -- dudes should be careful assuming people (especially women) dont know about how car and car parts work. Seems like the work is solid -- my car is now starting up much easier and is even a bit quieter. BONUS: The place is near a few restaurants and shops, and they will call you when your car is finished. So, if you have a long wait, you can go get coffee, or look at Salvation Army, instead of hanging out in their lobby. The lobby is fine, but not all that thrilling if you have to be there for a few hours.

Please go somewhere else! 3 hours to fix a flat tire that was in the back of my rental van!! Explained to them that I was on vacation and family was stuck at the store and waiting. They initially told me 2 hrs. Rental van had a flat and rental company said to go to Firestone. Sunday morning and they were busy, but the guys in back were moving in slow motion. Their award wall was full of empty frames and now I know why. Coffee pot was almost empty and barely warm. Not refilled once while I was there. Asked about the status after 2 hrs, guy went out to check and came back in and asked which car was mine!?!? He went back out and came back and told me I was next... Another 30 minutes they pulled my van up to the up in front of a bay and proceeded to fix the flat tire. Finally got the keys to the van and the spare tire was in the back. They didnt even put it back!! Did they expect me to put it back in the hotel parking lot in the rain?? I went back in and they grudgingly put it back with my help. Worst service and experience I have ever had at a tire store. RUN AWAY!

Ive had good luck at a few Firestone locations so I was disappointed when they over charged me for a repair today. I brought my truck in to have new tires installed and received a phone call a few hours later with bad news. It was recommended that I have 3 additional repairs done. 2 of the problems made sense after I was placed on hold so the person calling me could ask a technician and have it explained. The third issue did not make any sense to me so I asked my mechanic who happened to be standing next to me and he told me not to authorize that repair. I was told the price of parts and labor that was included. I came to pick up my truck today and the price of the belt that was quoted somehow doubled in price. I stated that to the person taking my money and he did not seem to care. I left Firestone with an awful feeling and now second guess the 12 previous invoices that they have given me. It takes a lot to trust mechanics these days and this 1 incident will prevent me from ever giving Firestone another dime.

In the past we have had a good experience when weve gone in for tires. This is the reason I went back, unfortunately this was not one of those time. I set up an appointment on line on Friday, when I got there they said that there was no appointment for me but I can wait they might have time or come back on Sunday for the tire sale. So great Ill reschedule to save some money. Sunday I come back for my appointment and waited there. 3.5 hours later I finally tell them I need my car back to get my kids. They had just gotten around to hooking it up for the alignment. So now I will be going back for a 3rd day to get the alignment done. I didnt expect to spend so much time and money for so much inconvenience.

On Sunday I went to Firestone to have them fix my flat. $30 for a low profile flat repair... After an hour of waiting they told me they couldnt fix it. I was watching them and they looked at the outside of the tire for 5 minutes before going back to BSing in a circle smoking their e-Cigs. 30 minutes later they called and told me they couldnt do it. THEY DIDN"T EVEN LOOK AT THE INSIDE OF THE TIRE. I went to Les Schwab the next day, they told me they had to look inside of it to determine that. Within 45 minutes they called and said they got it all patched up. For FREE! Moral of the story: Dont waste your time at Firestone, go to Les Schwab for much better customer service.
