Worst service experience ever. Damaged my car and never performed my maintenance. Management has proven unable or unwilling to help resolve the problem - DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU! If there was an option to give less than 1 star I would. Took my car in for an oil change on a Saturday. Everyone in the shop was at most 25 years old and there was no manager working. They failed to call me when service was done (left specific directions for them to call me). When I got home I found damaged body work and that the hood would not open. I left several messages with the service manager who never returned my calls and finally had to stop in to speak with him. I filed a claim for damage and was never contacted by claims agent. I contacting the claims department who told me they didnt do the damage (how can you diagnosis this when I havent told them what happened?) and I was told to take the car to two body shops for repair estimates (more time wasted) but they which never addressed my actual concern of how can service be performed if you cant open the hood?

They dont fix lawn mowers here, even though the voice prompt system and the website says they do. Employees are few and far between as with all Sears holdings stores, but very friendly and helpful

Every time I see this fat cocaisian with a beard and mustache, so rude and immature attitude. Not friendly person to deal with for the business. Totally not recommended!!!

Perfect service. I was there 4 times. They work quickly and professionally. Today I left my car just for diagnostic, and they fixed all defects with no additional fees.

Took my cart in to have my tie rods replaced due to the squeaking. 3 days after having it "fixed " started squeaking again.

Came in for a tire puncture repair and they charged $26.00 for it. Too expensive in my opinion.
