Made appointment to have my vehicle worked on. The day of my appointment some guy called asking for some mispronounciation of my last name. This guy didnt ask for me by first name or anything. I could barely understand what he was saying. The guy didnt identify who he was, where he was calling from or anything. When I asked him to repeat who he was looking for he demanded to know if he had the right number he acted put off that I was trying to figure out who he was and his purpose for the call. I guess I should have known who he was by the mispronounciation of my last name, no first name given and his lack of professionalism..definately a dead give away.. I had to call back the number to find out that it was Midas calling. Totally rude guy answered the phone, he was rude again I tried to find out why he was calling he said he must have been given a wrong number and hung up on me. Needless to say I didnt call back again. I didnt take my truck in to have it worked on there. They lost my business. Thank you Midas for being rude and sending me elsewhere to get my truck worked on. Im so happy I went elsewhere because if you are going to treat me crappy before I even get there who knows how you will treat my truck when I bring it to you. You obviously dont care about people or your customers. I guess this is the Midas way. I guess the "Midas touch" is some rude jerk calling..Total jerks. Hey Midas just so you know, Im planning to have major work done on my vehicle, about $$2300.00 worth half of which was done that day. This $2300.00 would have gone to Midas unfortunately for your rudeness it has been done and will contine to be done at one of your competitors. Im not sure how much of that $ would have gone into the owners pocket but Im sure you can do the math to determine what your rude employee cost you.

I went here for an oil change and have been experiencing brake issues ever since. I went back in to have them look at it at my brake fluid level was low, so they topped it off with no charge. Two weeks later my brake light kept coming on again, so I went back to Midas assuming I had a brake fluid leak somewhere. They looked at my brakes for free and then told me there was definitely a leak and they wanted to try replacing the front calipers to see if that would fix it... oh and it costs $360 but theyre not sure if that would fix it! They actually had no idea where the leak was but were going to charge me to try something that "might" work. So I went somewhere else for a second opinion and sure enough, the leak isnt in the calipers at all but in the master cylinder! The mechanic at this place is amazed that they didnt catch that! He also told me that they made a mess of the brake fluid and its all over ALL my calipers. So hes gotta clean them before he can check for leaks. I am so pissed, Midas was CLEARLY trying to take advantage of me as a woman, and as someone who didnt know much about cars. They were going to completely rip me off and probably make the problem worse so I would keep spending money there to fix the problems they caused in the first place!!! This place should be shut down, it is completely unacceptable to run a business this way, and I will be reporting them to the BBB!

I first went to Midas for my brakes and to check out an issue with my reverse lights. They gave me a fair estimate and explained what was needed, and what my options were. I had them do the work a few days later and even let me know that they couldnt figure out what to do with my reverse lights, and they wouldnt charge me for looking at them. I came back to them several weeks later for work on my power steering. I arrived after hours to drop off my car, and the owner was leaving the store as I was filling out my drop off packet. He offered to take my keys inside to the desk, instead of dropping in the drop box. Again the work was done within a few hours, and I was called along the way letting me know what exactly they were going to do and when it was ready. Both visits they staff were friendly and got the work done on time and with no hassle. Unlike some shops they didnt pressure me into getting work I didnt want. Ill be back in the future whenever I need work definately.

I took my vehicle to this location to have an oil change, wheels rotated, and vehicle inspection. They called me to tell me my brakes needed to be replaced. I had them hold off since I didnt have the money right away for this and when I went in to pick-up my vehicle, they really stressed that Id need my brakes replaced soon... ASAP.... Well, I took my car to Les Schwab to get my wheels balanced (because Midas didnt balance them when they rotated... or they did a crap job of balancing) and I had Les Schwab check my brakes and they said they were fine. The pads still had a lot of life left in them. Hmmmm..... very unsettling. I liked coming to this Midas because the manager there was very nice and this location is super close to my work. Im very, very disappointed with this. Not to mention, I know that my brakes should have been ok in the first place. Wasnt having any troubles with them at all.

Had an estimate sent to me for plugs and wires. Got back a fair price. Called and scheduled appointment along with oil service. Car was in shop in matter of mins. Manager called back and said that he recommended replacing Valve Cover as minor oil leak was apparent. Agreed, knowing previously my car was leaking oil.... They called a few hours later to pick up. Manager found a promotional deal and saved me $50 bucks. Thanks guys!

I took my sons car in for a wheel alignment. Everything seemed fine until I put the car in reverse. The front left brake caliper had a part missing and was not secured. I called them back and left a message since they were closed. I may have to call the police on this one. My son could have been seriously injured or killed if the brakes failed. There was no issue with the brakes when i took the car in.

AMAZING! Brian the manager was great. He never tried to rip me off. He was honest and acruly cared. Being a woman in a car repair shop, its def obvious when you are being intentionally ripped off. It was fast, honest and great customer care. I highly highly recommend them. It was my first time and im a life time customer now.

What they do here is highway robbery. My vehicle just needs his muffler wield back on, but they were trying to sell me a whole new exhaust system. Dont go here, they will mess up your car and over charge you. Im glad I have a trusted auto shop that pointed me in the right direction. Which is away from here. Very far away.
