My F150 truck was losing power and had an apparent transmission problem. I took the truck to Newport Hills Chevron and Barry immediately put a diagnostic code tester on the trunk and determined that a cylinder was misfiring. I gave them the truck for a tune-up. There was a manufacturers defect in the truck that made the spark plugs difficult to remove without breaking them. Doug did the work and replaced the spark plugs and one of the ignition coils plus other components such as an air filter. All the problems with what I thought was the transmission are gone. They got all the work done is less time than I expected and the truck runs like a new vehicle. Thank you for the wonderful work. I wont go anywhere else.

Im an out-of-towner. My van began losing coolant quickly, and was overheating a little. Fortunately, I knew not to push the van, and decided to find a mechanic who could look at it immediately. I called several places. Some never answered their phone and others couldnt do same day service. I found Newport Hills Chevron via Google. I called, they answered right away and said they could get me in same day. I took my van there immediately, less than two hours later it was done. I had a bad hose. They pressure tested, test drove and flushed the system. ( I had to add a lot of water to prevent overheating) They had fair pricing and great customer service. Thank you to all the guys at the shop!

I was on a long road trip from Kansas and was expecting to be in Seattle for four or five days. I had car trouble and could not find a place that could even look at my car within seven days until I was referred to the Newport Hills Chevron. The staff there was very responsive and got me in, evaluated and fixed - all within three days (two days really since I dropped it off near the end of the first day). The fix was relatively simple and they were honest about the problem. Ill always be grateful for their professional, fast and integrity driven service.

I went in there when I was about 7 months pregnant expecting to be blown off or something like that. But to my surprise they were the complete opposite. I thought there was some major problems with my suspension. They took off my tires and looked under my truck. Found out it was a very simple problem that was causing the noise. Fixed it! and CHARGED ME NOTHING!!! That was so helpful and greatly appreciated. I would recommend them to my closest girlfriends ;) Thanks guys!

Have taken several of my cars to Barry and the boys at Chevron. They always do quality work and at a reasonable price. My teenage son bought a used car off Craigslist and it didnt even make it home before overheating. Brandon checked it out and helped us decide whether to fix or junk the car. Next time we will bring the potential car to the boys BEFORE buying it. Highly recommend Chevron to anyone needing repairs.

Great mechanic service. Took my car in last summer just for help getting the belt off to change the alternator (YouTube gave me very bad advice). The mechanic came out, showed me how, offered assistance or tools and ended up doing the quick change for me at no charge. Only took <5 minutes but a very nice and generous gesture. Ill be taking my car in next time.

Definitely an honest mechanic! Barry and the boys lay out what needs to be done and are always reasonable with the costs. More importantly, they lay out what doesnt need to be done. They have worked with us to extend the life of an 18 year-old Lexus without costing an arm and a leg.

All around good honest business, which is hard to find. Pay the extra in AAA to have your car towed there. They wont rip you off even if you know nothing about cars. I live off of crappy collage cars and theyre always helpful. For smaller problems they didnt even bother charging me.

I have been taking my vehicles to this shop for a number of years. The service is fantastic. They call prior to doing the work to ensure you know what is needed. Price is reasonable. Great to go to a shop that thinks of its customers.
