Never take your car here. Heres why. I took it my BMW in for just a diagnostic asked the front desk lady if they will be able to point the problem, got told " yes, e have an expensive tool that Ill be able o pinpoint the problem without guessing and replacing half a car" ok. I explained the symptoms of the issue that the car only shows issue codes when starting cold not warm and not while driving. I get a call next day that they dont know what the problem is, just guessing that is fuel injectors and I owe them $350 already. What a f. How from a simple diagnostic became $350 and just guessing. It turns out that not only they didnt know the problem and was embarrassed to admit it and just tell me before doing anything else they went ahead and messed with my fuel injectors, then test drove it to see if codes are popping up( hello, only it does it when cold, Ive told them that) and didnt ask my permission for test driving it. That not part of diagnostic. Cant just do that and at the end of the day tell your customer, "hey we didnt not find the problem so we messed around on your engine and switched some parts and test drove it how we felt like it necessary (aggressive) and now you owe us this bunch of money come pay us and take your car and our suggestion " WTF. Im currently sueing this shop. Keep away for your sake....

I took my car into Quality? Foreign Auto for a diagnosis and they had my car for a week and were not able to tell me what was wrong with it. They did not charge me but, QFA bad mouthed the competition. I was surprised at how vehemently sure he was of the crookedness of the place i was taking it to and how they could not fix it. Being the place was further down the street, It surprised me that they were more upset at me going than not making money. As if now all would know that they could not find my problem. Stop advertising how qualified you are and not figure out problems and waste peoples time. You did not pay for my time. So in essence you did charge me, hence me being upset .

have been taking my car here since we moved to WA state in 1990; that is, about 26 years. I have never been less than totally satisfied with the service. Today, 2/3/2016, I dropped it off for service (oil change, check-up) and by 9 am I got a text saying they were done. In the past, I have had occasion to have cars towed in, on an emergency basis, and they have always been accommodating.

Quality foreign auto has my business for ALL of my vehicles. They are honest, willing to work with you, and very very good! I wont take my vw to a dealer, because when I can pay less and get BETTER service - the choice is easy! Theyre fast, reliable, and QUALITY! Ive referred ALL of my friends to this business, because something this good is hard to find!

$110 just to inspect breaks (free at the decent shops) and tell me that a couple of sensors need to be replaced. "Rotors cant be resurfaced", so it will be $400 to do the breaks (just front!). Before that I paid $1000 for 120k service: fluids change, tire rotation, etc. (no repairs!)

Great service from people I know I can trust. I can count on Diane and Luke to give me an honest appraisal of my cars problems, and to fix those problems efficiently and accurately. I feel safer on the road knowing they are looking after my car. Kathy W.

This is a very reasonable and friendly shop. I just needed a tail lamp replaced and they did it while I waited even though they were busy with other cars. Nice to see good old fashioned bussiness practices can still be found.
