I have gone to model garage for years. They have always been very friendly and professional at the same time. They are always up front and honest, and have never tried to add work just to charge me more. They have worked on a number of cars for me inlcuding Honda, Ford, Subaru, & Chevy models. All with great results! One issue in particlar with my Subaru is the Check Engine Light contiually going on due to a known manufacturer error with the O2 sensor. They have inspected the issue and reset the code at no charge at least 2 or 3 times when most places want to charge $60 to $80. I guess it is a perk of being a repeat customer.

We have used the Model Garage for many years--almost all the time we have lived in Fall City. Their prices are reasonable and their work is excellent. If you want an honest repair shop, this is the place. Aside from their parking always being crowded, my only complaint is that we will be moving in the next couple of years, and dont know how to find mechanics this honest and reliable. Hopefully, someone will have posted a review like this in the Vancouver area.

It is not often that you find a place that treats you BETTER than you expected. Model garage is that place. They worked with us to fix a lighting issue from our car to our trailer. They were hugely helpful, fair and honest.They went above and beyond to fix our problem. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I would recommend them to anyone! They are the best garage I have ever been too. I will be a repeat customer.

Completely removed my dash to rid a rodent smell. A few bumps through the process, technician was sick for 2 days, job took almost 2 days in total, didnt hook everything up right the first time, but they fixed everything to my desire. Not always the quickest, but very fair on price.

These guys are pros who stand by their work. Even when something goes wrong (like it does sometimes in the real world) they step up to the plate and make it right. If you want quality work at a fair price ... with people you cant trust ... there is nowhere else to go.
