I travel regularly and finding solid work out facilities can be an adventure. If you want a well equipped facility that is about getting some work done, this is the place. There was no sales pitch or pressure just plain talk and enthusiastic cross fit environment.Owner was present and very cool.

Its a great place to work out it is not like the other gyms that just give you a work out and leave you there to do the work out, but at this gym they are with you every step of the way, pushing you to do better. They are there to help you get to you goal.

Love this place because the people who invited me to go there are really nice, the work out it painful but work it But its a little to far from me so i cant go every day Appologies to the carman family

Attention Ninjas! These guys have a warp wall and a salmon ladder. This a great gym for cross fit and working on your ninja skillz.
