My son, 6 and daughter, 8 love going here. I love it to. The coaches are great and there is very little turn over in staff. During lessons the kids are almost always moving and doing something, not a lot of standing in line or waiting around. They do a lot of rotational training so it minimizes standing around. They learn more, sweat more, and have a lot more fun! We had them at another local gymnastics place previously and there was a lot of stand around time and their Boys program seemed like an after thought (crammed in between the girls lessons and pretty much the same thing every lesson; boring). I also greatly appreciate that they adjust the number of coaches as needed based upon attendance. If they get past a certain # of kids, they add a coach rather than letting the lesson/kids/coach suffer because of too high ratio of kids per coach.

As a person that was at the meet watching a little girl asking for a spot to help her the couch said no an ignores the little girl its pretty messed up how can the coaches that are older than these kids ignored them an treat them wrong why would they try to break a young girl dream which isnt right so there for i say do not go to this gym if you want your child mistreated by these messed up coaches they dont even care all they care about is the money

The gym is wonderful! The parking depends on what day you go... Its only crowded because so many people love and go to Roach. Roach gymnastics kinda becomes a second home with ur coaches being your mom and dad, and the teammates are ur sisters. They are a non-profit organization who cares about you and your needs. Melanie is a wonderful person and will let you temperarilly skip your pay if you are having a hard financial time :)

This gym is great, really they really focus on making sure the kids know their skills and are looking for new talent, and those who may want to compete in gymnastics along with making sure those who dont want to do competiative gymnastics have a place to learn!. We have gone to this gym for 5 years, and watched it grow in a good way. What a great company ran by family for the family! We love Roach.

I would just like to say that coach Cassie is an AMAZING coach. She has 17 years of gymnastics experience, trained all the way up to level 10 and has done a great job growing the Xcel program. Unfortunately you cant satisfy EVERY parent. I just want the general public to know how amazing Cassie is and for every 1 family that is not happy there are a 100 more that are! We LOVE coach Cassie!

My mom moved my sister out of this gym , because of poor coaching among many other reasons staff getting arrested there all kinds of crazy things most important the xcel directer cassie is the worse coach ever , after taking my sister out of this gym we found out that every trick she learned there was wrong, so she has to relearn everything . They only care about making money

We had our daughters Birthday Party here and the staff did an excellent job. They had a coach that took the kids through games and made it a great experience.

Overcrowded and so focused on the dollar
