Took my car in because of an oil leak. When I went in to pay the gentlemen offered to show me what they had uncovered. I had spoken to him a few times on the phone previously and he remembered that this was my first car. He even knocked down the cost of labor somewhat as he was aware that I wasnt in the best place financially. I had already had amazing recommendations from multiple sources for this shop but this experience just cemented them as the only place I will go. Absolutley recommend calling them if you are having troubles with your car. It doesnt hurt to at least get a quote!

AMAZING! This has been the best experience I have had with a repair shop period. They were knowledgeable and professional from beginning to end. I didnt have to call for updates while my 2006 dodge ram 1500 was with them. They kept me informed the whole time. My only regret is taking my truck to another shop first who after having it for four days called and said they could not figure out what was wrong. Turned out to be a simple fix due to a bad electrical plug in the four wheel drive shift motor.

These people are Crooks. Do not take your car there. They will tell you that they will check your engine light for free and then come back and tell you that they had to use special equipment to diagnose your car and charge you $58. They would not release my car. The police in on the way now to intervene. I will update this status later on. Consumer beware. You have been warned. Nicole Whitehead-Harrison

This place is awesome, they fixed a bunch of problems and it was within my budget limits. They were honest, I know this because I inspected all the issues I had and the ones I didnt, they didnt fix some thing that didnt need fixing. Friendly great people to do business with.

The staff here found and fixed a problem with my AC which another shop missed twice! They were polite, down-to-earth, and good-humored when dealing with me, a NYC native who loves her subways and walking, whod rather be driving a horse than be stuck in her metal coffin.
