I have used Integrity on a number of occasions for my Honda Pilot. Great service, fair pricing, and honest no hassle customer service. They always give me the full details on any repair and let me choose what is the next step.I switched to them after several poor interactions with my local Honda dealer. Sure these guys arent the cheapest (on par with dealer rates) but I have been using them for the last several years and wouldnt trust my vehicle to anyone else Some real life examples: "Hey - next time you come in we should talk about the serpentine belt. Its starting to age, but is fully functional. But you are at 100,000 miles and we should plan on servicing it in the next year." "The clunking in the front end is actually coming from the steering rack. We can replace it - but the expense may not be worth it to you. Since it is an annoyance and not a safety issue - we suggest you just service the rack and power steering system regularly, and keep it going for the next few years. If it worsens, we can deal with it then." "We have the vehicle ready to go - but we took a look at all of the fluid levels. The oil is dark, but do you want to take care of that yourself or have us change it? We know you like to do some of that work yourself. Just let us know." "How about we pick up your wife at home whenever its convenient, then she can pay and drive the vehicle home?"

I was travelling and my car stopped at the high way on Friday afternoon. Integrity Automotive was almost closing and they were really nice to accept keeping the car till Monday so they can look at it. When I cam and picked up the car, I was told that it was the battery. (Which is weird, the battery doesnt cause the car to stop). I know that the battery needs replacement anyway. But the charged me for the diagnostic (in this case its clear that the battery was dead). And of course they charged me for the battery which I dont mind paying. The only issue was that the problem returned few days later, it turned out that the Transmission fluid level needed to be topped up. They didnt bother checking the fluids even though they charge me for the diagnostic. I have to say that these things happened. But it still annoying. The only reason that I didn’t give them a 1 start is because they have great customer service.

Typically, I am not a fan of automotive shops, as I often feel they are looking to exploit my ignorance of mechanics and over maintain my vehicle to make an extra buck. This was not the case at Integrity Automotive, the minute you walk in the door they are at your service, and explain everything in a straight forward manner, and have a great facility. Tom was the service tech I consulted with, he was great to work with. One issue came up during a repair that was something unique to my car; he explained that they were not the best fit to do this repair, which I appreciated that kind of honesty, especially since they basically fix anything. To go a step further, he dropped the labor charges associated with that issue, which was clearly above and beyond. Integrity Automotive is highly recommended in my book.

In one word: untrustworthy! This experience was with a car inspection. I paid more than the competition because of the promised thoroughness. The whole reason for this inspection was to help me decide on a used car I wanted to buy from a private seller. I felt as if Nate favored the seller(though I paid the bill); the inspection was supposed to take 3-4 hours and it was done in two and a half. Horrible attention to detail no body damage mentioned in the report(though several spots visible), electronics malfunction was incompletely reported on; other important(safety related) things like windshield wipers being so old they fell apart upon replacing. Both Tom and Andrew at Integrity were very pleasant on the phone upon calling to make the appointment.

Integrity Automotive Maintenance & Repair did an excellent job on the services I requested. They also gave clear instructions on what they were going to do, and would call me if further work needed to be done. It would be up to me to decide whether I would like the additional work to be done at that time or some other time. Their establishment is very clean, and the receptionists and mechanics are very professional and courteous. They also provide a loaner car or provide transportation within their service area. I highly recommend them for you car service needs. Thank You Integrity for a job well done. I will continue to use your services in the future. Ron S.

Ive taken both my cars to Integrity - my 1990 Subaru just made it under the wire last year for how old the car can be for them to work on it. There was a small part they needed to get, and they pulled all the stops to find it, finally finding it at a source in Colorado. My newer Toyota Echo had a problem that was explained by the cars small engine and the load the air conditioner places on that engine. They could have faked it and invented a cause that they would fix at great expense; instead they ran the car through 3 different diagnostic tests to determine there is no real repair needed. The company is aptly named "Integrity"!

Why is it not possible to give zero stars? They may have Integrity (not sure), but they sure dont have any sales ability. I called on a Friday afternoon a few weeks ago to get a price on a couple of tires for my wifes car, expecting them to be around $250 each. They said they would call me back. Tuesday, still havent heard from them, I called back. They claimed they didnt have my number (though I gave it to them and they had my other info), but would call me back with the prices. Well, its been over a week, and havent heard anything. Went to Discount Tire instead. They may not care, but they have lost a customer forever.

After taking my vehicle to the dealer with an exhaust rattle, I was told I needed to replace the exhaust manifold at a cost of $1,700. I took it to Nate at Integrity for a second opinion. They found that the o2 sensor was loose in the exhaust and causing the rattle. The exhaust manifold was perfectly fine. I have since taken my car and my wifes to the shop for brakes, a bad starter and various other issues. The shop always completes the repairs at a reasonable cost, and offers a lifetime warranty on their repairs. The customer service is exceptional. I will undoubtedly take our vehicles back to Integrity in the future.

I have been going to another car shop for 20 years but since I retired, I wanted someone closer to home. I read some good things about Integrity and thought I would give them a try. I was very pleased with the maintenance and repair service. They explained exactly what I needed and did not try and sell me anything else. I was also impressed with the customer service. I had one rep from beginning to end which made it a very smooth process. Their scheduling and communication processes are very good. I will definitely be bringing my SUV back for future work.
