I was actually looking for a car in Craigslist in owners category, and I contacted a guy with a corolla. That person turned to be a dealer. He came to showed me Corolla and I really liked it when I saw it and the dealer also showed me CARFAX report which has Clear Title. I agreed to buy the car and told him that I will pay amout in total on the next day after checking my own CARFAX and other records. But the person,Dal(actually Abdulleih / some thing similar), wants me to pay token amount minimum of 300/- so that he can block car the till till next day morning (????). So I have paid the amout and he signed a piece of paper that I recieved amout and as NON REFUNDABLE unless any severe damages or any other records of that sort. I checked CARFAX and AUTOCHECK. CARFAX has clean title and nothing what so ever. But AUTOCHECK gave me a contradicting record saying that UNIBODY DAMAGE reporting in AUCTION. So I was not interested to purchase the vehicle. And I asked the dealer to return my advance amount. He refuses to pay that. I talked to one of my company lawyers and he advised that WA state law permits the buyer to reutrn the car if buyer does not like the car and get every doller including token amout. In essense this guy was trying to sell a damaged car that he bought in auction and trying to sell as a clean car by lying to the customer and escaping with customers money. So. now Im going after him to file a case and get my money back.

These guys are the best. They are prompt, honest, and do fantastic work. They check all the boxes that I look for when something isnt right with my car. This last time I needed them, they calmed down my engine from a cracked engine mount and I couldnt be happier. 5/5 would highly recommend. Thank you guys!

I have taken my autos here for several years and have always been satisfied. The last time they replaced some belts and estimated shop time for only that. It turned out that they had to undo the motor mounts and should have estimated more shop time. But they stuck to their original estimate.
