I cant stress enough how awful this branch is. The Bremerton one isnt any better. Was a loyal Firestone customer in Tacoma and after moving out here I decided I would become a grease monkey and do all my own work. Let me just describe the BS I was put through here... Some warranty work I had done, a 6 hour job I was told, took over a day. Even after it was finished, my power steering pump whined, something they never fixed. Then I noticed it leaking. I checked the fluid levels to make sure it was leaking and I brought it back. THEY LIED TO ME, saying it was just "residual fluid" and that the reservoir was full WHEN I KNEW DAMN WELL IT WASNT. Next, I scheduled an oil change.. Took it there after work and was treated to a TWO HOUR OIL CHANGE. I had my serpentine belt replaced there. Bad idea. Their belt was low quality and a week later started squeaking like crazy. I tried some spray, which only helped for a short period of time. So I bring it back and get it replaced AGAIN (at least it was under warranty). About a few weeks later it starts squeaking AGAIN and on my next visit in they tell me its just because its cold and wet out. BS! After getting fed up with the squeaking, I replace the belt myself with a QUALITY belt and guess what? Not a single squeak since! To summarize, they are a bunch on incompetent thieves that only want you money and WILL Fup your vehicle. If you value your vehicle DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Beware of "hidden" charges! Firestone of Silverdale may have been listed as the cheapest option, for my area, BUT they tried to tack on several extra dollars. Tirebuyer invoice stated "Additional Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) service may be required: $5.00 per tire" Firestone of Silverdale charged $%.99 per tire and stated that it was a mandatory service, each time a wheel/tire was changed. When asked if it was a state or Firestone mandate, the clerk took a long pause, before stating that it is a Firestone mandate. Firestone of Silverdale also added a $12.50 "shop fee" for "paper and plastic" I showed the clerk my email receipt with the $5.00 per tire and he reduced the fee from $5.99 per wheel to $5.00 per wheel. I told him that the "shop fee" was cheesy and he removed it. All this to say; look over the itemized invoice, prior to paying. You just may find some unwanted surprises. I had an appointment for 11:00. My car did not enter the shop until approximately 11:30. I wonder what the appointment reservation actually does. It took about 3 hours for installation of four tires and an alignment. I wonder how long it would have taken had I not had an "appointment"

wow, cant believe the comments about bad service! We started going her when my wife would enlist me to do a secret shopper for her on a walkin oil change. Everytime it went great and done in about an hour to hour 15 minutes. Ever since, we have had them do everything on my fleet of 5 cars. I cannot say more about the personal approach and no sales pitch or pressure to do anything they recommend. Hell, just got 4 new tires put on and because the old ones wore quicker than they were supposed to got a huge prorated deal from them. Now, ya want to talk about price gouging.....Les Shwab. The tires I put on back in 2010 at firestone were half what they wanted! Yes, they offer free this and that but, so does Firestone and at a better price!

If I could give them less than one star I would. Never ever deal with Firestone in Silverdale. Purchased the lifetime alignment. Firestone never seemed to want to honer the lifetime alignment. Only actually had one alignment done and refused to do any others. Multiple trips and arguing with them. Made an appointment to get an alignment done and multiple times they had excuses or wanted to sell me something to "do the alignment". Last straw was I was told I could bring in some tires (mentioned nothing of age of tires)they would swap them around and do the alignment... They "couldnt do it due to age of the tires". And some how magically I wasnt on the schedule. Asked for my money back gave them a talking to and done deal.

Sceduled an appointment online and according to my email from firestone "If for any reason we cannot complete your requested appointment time, we will call you directly to discuss other convenient appointment options." I never received a call and when I showed up they said they wouldnt be able to get me in today. It wouldnt be so bad if the gentleman at the desk had a better attitude, maybe Im wrong but I watched his interactions with those before me and his attitude seemed as though our (customers) presence was an inconvenience.

Wife couldnt get the car to start pushed it in they tested the charging system and told her it was a bad battery and alternator said that it could only find it at a questionable parts store and battery is $165 charged her $27 to test. Boosted the car she called me I went down and found a loose battery cable tightened the cable started fine drove39 miles and test system at home all fine they told her$565 to get it to charge. DONT GO THERE unless you have an extra $550 you need to get rid of!!!!!

I bought my tires there last year so when I got a nail in my tire I took it there to get fixed. They said it couldnt be fixed and since I have all-wheel drive I needed to replace all 4 tires, 1 of which would be covered by their road protection but it would still cost $469+tax. Since I didnt want to spend $500 I took it to Les Schwab where they promptly fixed the flat for $13.95 with no problems. Needless to say I will never go back.

The customer service team is so helpful and honest. Firestone in Silverdale is our #1 stop for oil changes and other minor vehicle repairs. If they cannot handle the repair, they are honest and advise us the best thing to do. The prices are competitive and the products they use are first class. We trust them whole heartedly with our vehicles and suggest their service to anybody we know.

Theyve always done good by me, working with my budget and cutting their labor costs to help me out. I believe in good customer service, but I also believe a business that treats its customers well deserves repeat customers. Firestone may not always have the best price, but they ALWAYS have the best service, and that means more to me than anything else.

Went in with some minor heating & cooling problems. They tried to tell me i needed several thousand dollars worth of work done. I declined, drove down the street to orielys, bought $20 worth of parts and fixed it myself in minutes. This was months ago and my car has ran fine since.

Had brakes completely redone last summer...and they have squealed and squealed ever since. We took the car back for some other work just this month and they looked at the brakes and could find nothing. They still SQUEAL!! I will never have them do my brakes again!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purcashed tires from Firestone because they beat Costco price. Soon after the third tire rotation I heard a clunking sound from my right front wheel; discovered 3 of 5 lug nuts missing. This could have resulted in a very bad accident; not good.
