Worst. Sears. Ever. Ive been a loyal Sears customer for years. (I even worked at one for a while.) That said, this store is a classic example of why Sears is struggling so badly to stay in business. I drove over an hour out of my way to stop here to get a cargo carrier their website listed as in stock. When I got there, there was a scrawled out note on the car care centers door saying theyre closed all week. When I went inside the store to ask if someone would be able to get it for me, Skippy told me they wouldnt. (Hard not to forget that I used to work at Sears...in the tool department next to a car care center...and that we did that all the time for customers.) So I asked if a manager could do it and was told they wouldnt...told me to look around other local stores and didnt even offer to help beyond that. I went online to offer feedback and the form was setup with inaccessible fields for my contact info...classic! When I got home, I was still irritated, so I called the stores number to ask for a manager. Nobody even bothered answering the phone. Well done, Sears...well done. Your current wave of toxic employees are successfully destroying your brand and you clearly dont care.

Used to use this place a lot. Not again. I tried to ordered tires online, the site could not complete the transaction. Had to call number listed for help. Got the order through but customer service wrote down all the wrong information. Tires finally delivered to store but no one called. I had to track down the order. Made appointment with store and told them that I had the wheels and they would be going on my travel trailer. Got to the store and was told they could not deal with the trailer. Had to take the tires and wheels to Les Schwab to get the work done. Lost all savings of cost of tires because I had to pay Les Schwab to finish the job. It was a Friday and the place is like a tomb. Empty bays and techs standing around waiting for work.

Pulled into the garage at 10am and was told my alignment would take 2 hours. Its now 10 minutes 6pm!!!! Mind you I sat there and watched the techs smoke cigarette after cigarette while my car just dae there. I wouldnt take my sons bike here for service.

Helpful friendly staff.. Though I did go for an estimate one time and they took an incredible amount of time to do it and than couldnt even tell me what the cost of repairs was, only what needed to be repaired.

Misdiagnosed my battery problem and could not get my wheel off to repair tire. They sent me away. Les Schwab had no trouble and fixed it fast free.
