I had nothing but problems with this business. I tried to cancel my month to month that is apparently automatic AFTER your contract ends, early in Nov. My contract ended end of Nov. I sent a letter, and email, got on their Facebook page, personally messaged them to cancel, which they denied, posted a request to cancel, they blocked me then they blocked my husband Facebook account when I posted a question off his account, then they removed the poor star ratings on their Facebook page. When the post office said they do not deliver certified mail to PO boxes and the physical address did not show up in the Post Office system, I sent a fax to cancel... These are some of the email responses I got from Toni the manager- "Per your contract Page 2 Paragraph 5 they are, however, (the letter )to be sent certified. This ensures that you have accurate records of your cancel in the event that it is not received by the business. The same paragraph states that your membership will automatically renew beyond your year-long contract if you do not cancel in the manners provided." Again, they only have a PO Box for mailing! Also, "The only further money to be debited from your account is your final payment due on the 1st of January. In the event that the payment does not clear there will be no further attempt to collect or further communication with you but rather the account will be automatically assigned to Grimm Collection Agency." They kept taking money from my account so the Bank said I should cancel my card, this is what other people did too and they said they were sent directly to collections as well. FITSTOP 24 could accept a final payment in a check or money order but they insist on a card in what appears to be an attempt to continue to charge the card. *****Check your contract and send a FAX to cancel - there is no other way to do it.

This is the best gym I could ever ask for! Before signing up, I checked out both gyms in Yelm before signing up and can tell you not to waste your time. This gym is much larger and the staff is very knowledgeable. The best part is the "family" atmosphere. This isnt some uptight, corporate gym that only wants to sell you a membership, they really care about each member and your goals. There are not many places you will find these days where the whole staff knows you by name. This is one of those rare places. The gym was recently remodeled and is always kept spotless. All of the equipment is kept very clean and in great working order. I recently decided to seek some personal training to help me reach my goals. The training I received from Nick was top notch. He is very experienced and if I remember correctly has been training for over 15 years. He developed a diet and exercise program to help me achieve my goals and I have seen amazing results! The most important part to me is the continued support I get from the whole staff, even though my personal training sessions have ended. They are always eager and willing to help with any questions I have.

Customer service is terrible in billing. They make it extremely difficult to end the month to month requirements- AFTER your contract ends. They set it up to take late fees, reject fees, or any other fees by running your card numerous times if you cancel it- they threaten and make good on turning you into collections. Dont sign the contract if you feel you want to go here, but I suggest you just dont give them your business.

Fitstop 24 is a gym you can show up to no matter size, fitness level, or confidence level and feel comfortable. The staff is very inviting and helpful. Everyone including other members make you feel like family. The personal trainers are the most friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable around. I highly recommend Fitstop 24 to anyone interested in becoming a better version of yourself.

Worst staff ever, they tell you they match prices but dont, and they told us child care could be removed at a later date but arent honoring it. This place is truly horrible and the crappy part is... If you have kids this is the only place in Yelm. Better Business Bureau complaint coming. Just gonna pay the contract off and go to Lacey.

Great place to work out. Very clean and the staff are helpful and super friendly. The members are all ages and stages of fitness, so I do not feel out of place or intimidated, like you feel at some gyms. They also have a childcare facility.

I came in, people at the counter were in shape and were knowledgeable in regards to rules, regulations, and equipment. I also received a military discount so saying not military friendly doesnt make sense.

Front desk girl is not helpful, rude, and very very out of shape, especially to be working in a gym. Rates are over priced NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY
