I have been at this gym for 3 years. I am now in the best shape of my life due to the camaraderie of the place, the excellent owners and coaches, and the inspiration to simply work hard at it. Give it a try - you will love it.

I dropped in here from out of town for one wod. This was the most friendly and welcoming gym I have ever been too. I also had a very knowledgable trainer! I wish I had visited sooner in my trip.
