Cable One discriminates against disabled people. Contacted Cable One on July 5th 2016. To get internet for my autistic nephew and niece. Cable One stated that they could have us set up the next day. The technician came out stated that we were too far away that he could run the wire the 800 feet it would have to be up to a management. Took 2 weeks to get ahold of a manager. They then told me they werent willing to put out money to get internet to our house. Even after telling them I would pay for the cost the manager still stated that they would not do it. Cable One is very bad business ethics instead of refunding the money they gave a credit to an account that they never wanted two weeks it took for them to change it from a credit to return a refund. If it was the other way around and I said that I wanted there product and I did not pay they would mess with the credit. When a company states that they can do something and they dont they need to be held responsible.

In Cornville we got accustomed to slow speeds from Cable 1, often causing videos to stop and buffer, even when we only used one Roku and TV. We got an offer to switch to Century Link DSL for about $20 less per month. After trying that, we had even more buffering and slow speed issues. I figured wed just switch back and pay the extra for a bit better performance. While trying to switch back, Cable 1 wanted to charge me over $200, in deposit and start up fees. Keep in mind, we were perfect customers for a year, have our own modem/router, used autopay, never a late or missed payment, didnt complain about slow service, and I have a good credit score and havent been asked for a deposit for a utility for about 25 years. Because of this, I am now adjusted to Centurylink and no longer will deal with Cable 1.

I have been a loyal Canle One customer since they first came into my area. I truly wish there were another choice. I used to have great service for TV and Internet with reasonable charges. Now I pay $113/ month for Internet only , my service is slow and continually "goes out". They promise to give me credit for time lost- that never happens. Cable One has a monopoly in our area and I have no other choice. I thought that was illegal. I see they offer TV and Internet to new customers for $35!! Whatever happened to rewarding customer loyalty!?! I would give them a ZERO If I could!!!

WORST COMPANY EVER! There is a cap on your WiFi and they dont let you know that when you sign up. I dont watch their tv at all because they dont have any of the channels that I watch like MTV and Spike. Their prices are outrageous! My bill is $170 a month just for 3gigs of internet and channels 2-52!!! Ive been lied to at least 3 times trying to get more money outta me. Its no wonder that most people I know dont have cable and only use Netflix lol

Service is horrible!! internet is out constantly call 800 number for 1 yr they never send a technician the only option they gave me was unplug the modem and plug it back but still only had Internet 30% of the time, try calling to cancel service it took me a week to have some one on the phone to tell me to go to my local office that is open only 4 hrs a day if you lucky, I even feel stupid for paying over $60.00 @ month for this.

Internet service sucks! it is the WORST service I Have ever used. There is always " an area outage thats being worked on". On average, internet goes out 5 to 6 times daily....sometimes for hours at a time. Also, try getting a service technician; they require you to wait at home ALL DAY. They appear unable to block a two hour service time....unbelievable! Im switching to something else....Cable One sucks!

The internet is great, but the set top box and the one DVR....not thrilled. More times than not I get no sound when I first turn on the box and last night the DVR froze up and I had to unplug and reboot the thing. Also, the remote for the DVR is as big as my forearm....ITS HUGE! Good prices though for the same channel line-up everyone else has. Except....no shopping channels.

I was a flawless customer for over 9 years and we missed one month payment and they shut off our service... All good Ill pay Theas guys get it turned back on... They wanted $350 to plug 1 wire back in. Theres big rumor that they are going to stop every ones plans and turn it into a pay per gig plan any ways.. $50 a month for 10 gig is a rip off.

We have been a customer for more than 10 years and the reason we have not change is because there is nothing better, I have to call every 3 weeks so they can reset our box because their service sucks no customer skills they act like they are the only internet service in town I wish there were more options.
