Well well well Ive beem a media com customer fpr about 7 years and to be quite honest Im not impressed I know I could go changed to direct tv witch by the way people there new thing is no contract no credit check no passed cable bills will effect you to sign up for direct tv it only cost literally 50 a month for direct tv there deal is juat like mediacom but your not paying 240 dollars like myself a month my cable will go out in one of my rooms no lie once a month maybe twice or my internet will go out at LEAST twice a day for the passtjree weeks I pay on time it pissed me off that I pay so dang much for junk absolutely junk Im calling tomorrow and quitting my contact witch dont care if they try to bribe me into some other GREAT DEaL they so called will give you Im ashamed of them and how tbey are stealing money from me and my five kids every month I need the internet I school my kids and I need it I need a phone to call 911 if something happens to my kids so please media com help me help you figu Re a solution on help g me back out lol got that haha Im so damn done if something isnt done for me Ive giving over 40000 Im cash for cable so please help me media com..thanks jacquelyn

Absolute nightmare of a company!!!! When I called to set up service, I spent over a half hour with the guy who said somebody would call to set up a date & time to set up my service. Later that evening a girl called me to set it up but had no information about what package I had chose. I asked several times what the point of the first conversation with the guy was even for. She then hung up on me. I had to wait until the next day to call back since they were now closed. I called back the next morning & spent over an hour trying to set things up. I was getting 200+ channels in two rooms & internet. When the guy showed up to install, he only had me down for one tv, non HD & I only get 10 channels. So I called yesterday & told the lady I didnt get what I signed up for. She would not help me because there was no social security number on file or drivers license. (I dont give out my social & the first girl never asked me for any other identifying info) So after I hung up, I called Direct TV & will be going through them. I cant begin to imagine how this company is in business. I too have a call in with the Better Business Bureau.

Ive had Mediacom internet for about 3 years and seems to always be slow and goes out a day at a time a few times a month, I decided to get the cable/internet essentials package (because my direct tv bill increased to $110 a month for basic channels after 2 years) and Mediacom "upgraded" my internet from 60 Mbps to 100 Mbps and Ive only had this package a week and Im missing a few channels and I called there tech support 3 times and an hour later they told me I am missing a few challenges and still no channels. I am beginning to regret packaging my cable and internet with this company and the reps seem to act surprised when I have an issue and they start having an attitude with me when there tech resolution steps dont work out. I dont recommend Mediacom to anyone! Cox is now available in San Tan Valley and I am strongly considering them instead.

Its too bad that Medicom is the ONLY choice for Internet service on my area. They must be desperate for income. I had a second line installed forcing me to go from residential to business services. Unfortunately I lost my job and do not work from home any longer. I tried three times to reduce from 2 lines back to one line. They insist that Id have to pay an early termination fee.l of 75% of the remaining contract, which is a lot. First, we are talking VOIP sevice, so there is no physical line, second, sevice sucks with Medicom, and third, Ive been a good customer for over 5 years, and really want to revert back to residential. Ive long wanted to buy just internet, and eliminate phone all together and Medicom says that the price would be the same with or without phone service because of bundling. What???

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EVER BEEN IN CONTACT WITH! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN HORRIBLE! IVE BEEN WITHOUT WIFI 3 TIMES NOW AND HAVE HAD TO WAIT A WEEK OR MORE EACH TIME TO HAVE A TECH SENT! ONCE THE TECH IS SENT HE ACTS LIKE HE DOES SOMETHING AND WITHIN A WEEK IT IS DOWN AGAIN!!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF TO NOT HAVE WIFI THAN TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT WORK! YOU CANT SPEAK TO ANYONE LOCAL EVER! ITS A CALL CENTER THAT YOU CALL AND IF YOU ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER LIKE I HAVE EACH TIME YOU WAIT 30+ MINUTES. ONCE THE MANAGER GETS ON THE PHONE THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT TO DO!!! I AM CURRENTLY ON HOLD TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGERS BOSS! I WOULD GIVE THEM NO DANG STARS BUT I DONT HAVE THAT OPTION!!!

This company is horrible. There equipment constantly breaks, & the customer service is even worse, & to top it off, now that were in the monsoon season there constant interruptions for the weather forecast is insane. Its Arizona people!! We go through this rain every year..... Your not saving the world by these monotonous interruptions. If we have cable, then we got the weather channel right?? If you cant stop these updates of weather, then at least make it so that it doesnt cut off the show we are watching. Put a border message at the bottom of the screen or something. Ive never dealt with a company thats so incompetent and annoying on so many levels.

I had a great experience with my installation of mediacom! They came ON TIME. It shocked me because no cable or Internet company has ever done that! They were very knowledgeable and answered A of my questions. I was very pleased. I have had a few issues with my service but EVERYTIME we have called the mediacom call center the people are kind and helpful. I need to call again to see if I can get help again. If I can fix my problem I will change my 4 to 5 stars! I have been very pleased with the AMAZING service mediacom had always shown to me and my family. Keep up the great work guys!

Company doesnt have a local DNS and doesnt ever intend on having one, which means ANYONE using their internet for gaming, streaming, or anything else which requires large amounts of data to go back and forth GET SCREWED, and they know this. ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!ate to have to go to Quest, BUT COX hasnt come back yet.. PLEASE COX COME TO AJ!!!!!!! Watch your bill closely for unauthorized charges, and CONSTANTLY MONITOR your speed of your internet, as they "Throttle" their customers just like COMCAST did....
