As far as customer service at the location the young man that took care of was professional. My review is more of Cox cable and internet service itself. I was paying for a high-speed bundle for the past two years and after several complaints to no avail. They never had anyone come out to check the lines. Though I requested no less than six times that one come out. I am always given the Same Song & Dance, its the wiring on the inside of my home. So after finally giving Cox every every opportunity Ive decided paying for very subpar service 4 high speed that is almost equal to turtle speed of a dial-up connectivity I gave up. I have to go in to cancel my service and drop off the equipment. They tried to ask if I could possibly keep your service if they were able to do something. I said you had way too many chances as a company to take care of your customers. Unfortunately I can say for certain this customer was not taken care of. And Im tired of them my money. Its called fraud although they do have a class but they dont guarantee that your service. No sooner than 30 minutes after I leave the office theyre trying to schedule a call telling me that theres going to be represented in the area to discuss my account. Well Ill tell you one thing only and not returning the call I didnt set up anything with them nor do I want them here can we told to go away. I will never ever in a million years used Cox telecommunications ever again. Or service ever.

Horrible customer service at this store. One of the worst experience at the store I went to pick up self installation the guy told me it will be 120 bucks to install myself and then I told them what happened with my cancelled installation in which I was not informed... I called in to customer service to change plan and thats when I was told that my installation was cancelled. I was told I can go in store and never told about self installation fee. I asked to speak to manager and the guy told me I was his best option I asked about calling over phone and he said the 60 dollar fee was the best bet and that he cut it in half and its originally 120 bucks..... I called while I was at store and while I was on phone he was grabbing all the stuff as like he knew the installation fee would be waived....that was a total slap in the face I walked out and the phone representative told me that it normally would only cost 60 dollars....I would never do business with this location ever I drove to another one which was farther to pick up self installation....I have to go with cox because my place does not offer dtv. If you have a choice do not go with this location....Im doing you a favor!

I will never deal with cox again for anything other than Internet service if they are are lucky. I was quoted a price for a package deal on tv, phone and internet. I was told at least 4 times or more what the price would be even month and even told after one year the price would only go up only 10 bucks, well the first Ill was hight than expected, but I guessed it was getting the paid 1 month ahead del with, the second month was hight too thought maybe because of the extra room I added to account. But when the third month was twice what I was told it would be I called cox and got the story about how there was a charge for the equipment and a charge ror two other things so yes the bill was right, at which point I told them they could take there tv and phone service and stuff it. I kept the Internet only till I can get it as a new customer again with who I had it with in the past wich will be another 6 weeks I think after which I will dump them again and return to who I had before.

Cox Commication has by far the worst customer service known to man I would give them a MINUS10 rating if it was available. Seems like every time you get online with there customer service people everyone has a terrible attitude in trying to resolve the issue at hand. It seems that their doing you a favor by answering the phone, spending enormous amont of wasted time having them tell you they cant resolve the problem and even one customer service rep suggested to me that I go to Dish Network if we didnt like the service So I took his suggestion and cancelled my account with Cox and went with Dish Intetesting they always tell you the message is bringing done for training purposes because if they the mgmt of the company listen to phone calls Im sure that this conversation would if never happened. This is NO WAY in the world that I would ever recommend COX COMMICATION to anyone Be for warn never to use Cox as you will be very disappointed. Jeff Phoenix,AZ

I wish there were more chioces of protocols other than this horrible place of a company. I am not happy with anything about this store or company all together. The way I have been treated all together so immorrally wrong and condescending. I have grown to strongly dislike this company. This company is almost next to or worse than dealing with the government on a bad day , in this state for sure; if your wanting the best receptive internet, unfortunately. They know this and hold it as a karat over everyones heads. Price guaging on a regular. This company give male customers more incentives than their lady customers, I know because I have done a statistics on this. I am disgusted with this company overall. I have allowed my internet through this company to be shut off for months now because my phone company offers more of a reasonanle medium for me as I am doing everything i can to keep myself feeling good and comfortable in the services I need for myself.

I cant believe COX is still in business. I signed up and picked up the equipment and had an appointment to turn on service the next day. Cox did not show up or call (NO SHOW #1), so I called to complain and was told they would be there the next day by noon and I would receive a credit of $40. NO SHOW #2, so I called at 2:30 and was told the tech would be there by 7pm that night and he would call me or leave a note. Nope, NO SHOW #3. I asked to file an official complaint and was told that department is closed on the weekend but I would receive a callback on Monday and made an appointment for the 3rd day between 1-3pm. NOPE, NO SHOW #4. SO after hours spent calling COX, 4 NO SHOW appointments and NO CALLS from COX, I am going with Directv and suggest you save yourself the aggravation and do the same.

I moved at the end of July and transferred service to my new address. It took them two weeks to move my service and when the technician arrived he spent over an hour running in and out of the house because he couldnt figure out why my internet wasnt connecting. Two minutes after he left I had it connected by changing one wire (Im retired IT but they wouldnt just let me fix it myself right away). Service has gone out several hours a day every day and Ive tested that this is on their end. Also, when I moved instead of changing the address on my current account they created a whole new one they didnt tell me about. After a month of trying to pay my bill and them saying that I didnt owe anything they hit me with two late fees and mention they put it all under a new account. Currently shopping for a new ISP.
