Caveat Emptor! DISH FORGED MY SIGNATURE TO THEIR CONTRACT. There isnt a low enough category for DISH. In short, their signal is VERY POOR. But this bigger part is that their technician had me sign one area of the contract claiming that it was just an installation verification. Later when I was sent the contract in the mail there were several places throughout the contract where DISH had copied and pasted my signature. I was finally able to get out of their contract simply because they forged my signature, which didnt make the contract executible. DISH also said they would send me some shipping boxes for their equipment but have failed to do so. Instead, they are billing me for the equipment for over $1,000.

Dish is dishonest and sneaky to the core. They hire salespeople who tell you one thing and then have you sign a contract that has completely different info, with outrageous rates and fees in tiny print. Their ads say it will be a certain price but it never is. When my rate went up to $160/month (Im not kidding) for stuff I never ordered or authorized, they refused to reverse the charges saying that after their promotions, you automatically get enrolled in their program--for $160 a month! I was a customer for years and still got stuck with a cancellation fee of $192!! I was on the phone with 4 people, on hold for 20 minutes, and they still wouldnt budge. Worst customer service ever...buyer beware!

Dish is the worst company I have ever workeld with. First, they raised my cable rates year by year while cutting programs. Second, while I decided to cancel the service, and informed them that I had to travel so it would take extra days to return the equipment, they said ok but later left a nasty message in my phone. Last, after I mailed the equipment back, I got their email saying that they got my equipment, but two days later, another email came saying they did not get my equipment and would charge me $250 for that. Avoid DISH!

DISH internet was not up to standards needed for my work. DISH tech support x2 calls said it was running at normal anticipated speeds despite download speeds noted down to 2 mbps. DISH would not let me out of the early termination fee. Cancellation tech argued they should send someone out to check for technical problems when 2 tech specialists said it was fine and we didnt need someone to come out. I was not endeared by DISH today and that was disappointing for sure. DISH, dont let people down like this!
