Ive been having problems with our cable box for the last 2 weeks, have reached out to Cox and not happy with the phone help and even had a repair guy out. Well the box died yesterday, made additional calls and finally got the address where I could go and swap out the box. I called ahead of time and spoke with Diego, and he assured me to come in and he could help me. I drove over 20 minutes to their location, walked in asked for Diego and he walked out introduced him self and then looked up our account, went in the backroom and came out with a new box. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Diego youve given me the best service through Cox and they should be glad they have you. Bill

Just want to say that by far this store has one of the best customer service, they made my experience easy and seamless....I have dealt with the Sahara location and phone customer service and never have been treated the way this location treated me....the manager was very patient and the sales rep too...they listen to my issue and I got a resolution in no time!! My husband and I have been clients for about 3 years now...and I can say out of the 3 years this is the first time I can say Im satisfied with cox customer service, we didnt have to talk to 10 different people or had to wait for 2 hours to get no resolution!! Thank you Rainbow team!!

Awesome place but i went to Sahara and Valley View which is the same company but an Indian gentleman went above and beyond to help me with my rather complicated internet situation. This place is great but i understand they are not required to do what i was asking but i called around and the other location helped me out to the point of resolution. I couldnt afford a networking consultant and this guy took 30 mins out of his day to help me for free. Both of these locations are great

I went in to fix a issue with my box, and had the worst customer service. Literally it feels as if they dont care, and its an inconvenience for them to help me and the customers. There was a line, and only one staff was helping, the others were just standing around and or talking to one another. I did get my issues fixed, however I will be going elsewhere for a cox retailer store for help when needed.

I called to ask a question. Representative sounded extremely pissed about having to answer the phone and provide me assistance. Maybe she hates her job? Regardless, I found it rude and very off putting. I will be looking for a different store to call for questions and to pay my bill. Store is clean, employees are unprofessional. Thats all I have to say.

I was having problems with installing my internet service. I called the hotline and spoke to a woman that told me my modem wouldnt work. When I came back to the store angry and upset, Gerardo helped me out and was great and everything worked out.
