Internets good TV hasnt worked in 7 months they said theres an outage in my area theyve replaced my box set me a mini box I have to reset it 3 4 5 times just to watch it for about maybe 20 minutes then it freezes the punching in the channels never work absolutely the worst cable company that robs you blind for service that does not work. Anybody that would be considering to pay money to watch Cox cable TV is the dumbest person to even consider Cox Cable. The TV does not work the cable boxes are 20 year old technology the service is horrible no respect you cant even cancel your service online or on the phone call they give you to a loyalty manager that tries to put you down and literally says quote unquote do you feel better

Cox Internet sucks! I pay almost 70.00 for the fastest speed Cox has to offer and the service is ALWAYS in and out! I had a few techs come out just to confirm everything is ok, today is my second time switching out my Internet box and STILL the service is in and out! Every time I call in to have the tech support reset my Internet from their side its ALWAYS we need to get another tech out! NO what Cox needs to do is compensate me Every time I have trouble especially when tech support has confirmed that they can tell that my Internet has reset itself 68 times two days after a tech came out!! What is the purpose of paying a high monthly Internet bill when the service sucks?!?!!

Service has been down alll day! No cable no Wi-Fi no nothing! Literally from the time we woke up which was no later then 10 AM Until now and its 7:33 PM. When we first called they said itll be out until 5 to 6 PM. I called back at 6:40 PM and now theu say itll be until at least 9 PM before our service is returned and nobody seems to know what the problem is amd were getting the exact same response like you guys are reading a script. On top of that we just paid our bill ordered movies that we cant watch...Thank You Cox Cable.

Cox started charging me extra for data overage. Dont be taken advantage of by these greedy, morally-bankrupt shells of human beings. The only thing they pay for is energy and "maintenance" And it ALWAYS costs the same amount of energy. Servers dont just turn off just because less people are using the internet. This is just a pure scam.

$130 plus 100 plus channels in Chinese, Spanish, Japanese and Tagalog. I have 3 movie channels and its difficult to flip channels cause all the channels I dont have have an extra loading screen. Love the internet but hate your TV and commercial programs.

First I like it because they take care of you right away what you need to do pay a bill or anything but it kinda seems some dont know what they were doing so I had to call customer service to fix what they did wrong other than that its okay

They made appointment for us. Theyre coming 1,2, or 3 pm. We waited yet no one is coming to connect our internet on a schedule appointment. I keep calling but no one is answering the phone. They already made me pay the connection fee.

Just got panoramic wifi. Was told install by tech would be $75. Self install would be $20. Got to store and found out wifi extenders will o ly be provided through tech install. Not what i was told on phone.
