I dont even know where to begin. The prices for internet service are decent, but their service is terrible. Internet is slow, it goes down very often, and the phone service isnt reliable. I complained about slow speeds and a phone line that wasnt working and nobody bothered to come have a look, and if they had, I probably would have gotten charged for a technician to have a look at their faulty lines. This company is a monopoly in a lot of the area that they service, and they know this. They make sure to give you the most fees they can possibly take out of you. Activation fees, modem lending fees, modem replacement fees, technical help fees, and I was even charged a $100 fee to change my WiFi password. I would have changed it myself in a matter of seconds, but they refuse to give you access to the router you are paying an $8 fee on. Of course, after I finish writing this review, I will continue using PMT because its the only internet that reaches my rural home, but I understand that most PMT customers dont bother to do a review because they cant switch internet companies anyway. I cant tell you to stay away if this is the only company reaches you, but I can tell you to be prepared to have a fee for everything. I wouldnt be surprised if they sent me a bill with a fee for writing this review on their internet.

Through the time that my family used PMT, we were not satisfied, We Tried multiple times to "Fix" the issue. Never once was it resolved, They just had us restart the Router, or just wait. They had us replace the Router that we got from them, still no improvement. The only reason my family used PMT, well there was no one else available. Dialup would have been more reliable then PMT. I just recently moved and have a Reliable, secure network that offers much faster speeds than we ever got from pmt. For a fraction of the price. Stay away from pmt.

Have been unhappy with PMT in the past because of bad internet support. However they seem to be trying to make it better and are finally updating to a better type of internet. Ive been very happy with the service, when it works.

Mediocre service for a premium price. Their service constantly goes down. Their speeds are terrible for the price. You dont even get access to the router. Lucky for them there is little competition in this area.

PMT has a very good tech force for help on your computer systems, We were hit by a very bad ransom virus which crippled our computer, they were very helpful in solving our issue with it.

They do good work when they show up, but you have to bug them about ten times to get them to come. There is always an excuse for why they didnt make it.

Recently have been having cable problems. Got a new box cost $5 more than the old one, still having difficulties with cable.
