Id give them zero stars. Service is terrible. Cable went down in windstorm over a week ago. I called Spectrum/Time Warner three times; fire department also called. I just called customer service again today and told them cable is still down after over a week. It was a pain in the neck to get to a live agent by phone. Service rep. I finally reached said someone had already been to the house and said there was no problem. I said no one showed up, they were supposed to be here on scheduled day by 5 PM, and I waited all day. Clearly they went to the wrong address or are lieing. I held a long time, while service rep. kept saying it was difficult to schedule a repair. She finally said she couldnt schedule time for a repair, and a dispatcher would call back to schedule time and date. (Clearly, service rep. didnt know procedure for scheduling a repair.) I also told service rep. I couldnt make it today. She said OK. Dispatcher then called me back later and said they had a time scheduled for about 5 PM today. I told them I already had told service rep. today was no good. She said thats NOT what service rep told her. I said how about tomorrow. She said Id have to call Customer Service back to do that, since Dispatch couldnt reschedule that. I hung up. A few minutes later, dispatcher called me back and said they could do it between 2 - 3 PM on Saturday (tomorrow). I said OK and did they have GPS in their trucks? She said yes. Lets see if they show up. Question, if they have GPS in all their trucks, why did they go to wrong address or never show up at all last week? If they dont show up or donr perform repair at scheduled time, Im cancelling the service.

I originally scheduled time warner to come set up one of my homes in Desert hot springs last Friday, being as that I own and operate a business in Huntington Beach I had to schedule an appointment for later in the afternoon. My originally appointment was set for 5-6pm allowing me enough time to get home . I received a call from the guy who was to set up our service at 4:15pm stating he was there . I explained I was on my way and that my time was for 5 pm , he tells me he will just come back at 5 pm . HE NEVER RETURNED . I had closed down my shop early that day to meet the apt time and this tech decides to not come back .. So I call the cable company right away and they couldnt reach the tech on the phone .. They tell me I have to reschedule .. what they did is not only cost me money and time but have no respect for someone when we explained that we need an evening time and week days are not the best they didnt listen and set it up for Tuesday .. So after this experience I called canceled the set up and stopped the charge on my credit card .. Time Warner is not a company or service I would recommend

So I signed up for time warner ,I never got my 3 months free of the options of the HBO,cinemax,etc.....well I never got those channels, so when I go to upgrade my gear for the new digitally adaptor,well I told him the problem,he said the best he can do is credit a month so I was thank full,i told him i want the HBO, one,he said sure no problem,it would begin on my next hill cycle,so my bil cycle starts no HBO,....then after 2 weeks about,my whole area cable went out and for so reason my TV and internet wasent working, and I work at home and my lively hood is the INTERNET!!!!!! Im on business Skypes,Internet chat room meetings, so they told the next person that is available is from 16 days from that day ,SIXTEEN DAYs,!!!?! I was furious,son top of it I was screwd by time warner and they didnt do anything to make it right,I could have lost my job cause my internet at home threw time warner was unreliable.... Also nlso know I lost out on more than 2 weeks of my free (HBO) which I never got......what a joke

The customer service was excellent they help me with my modem tried a couple modems until I found the right one. The first few were running very hot. A couple weeks ago a tech came out to the house to check the wiring that was originally put in by Time Warner Cable almost 8 years ago. They put all new wiring in for me new coaxial ..and grounding two other techs and a supervisor showed up I thought I was a VIP. They did a superior job definitely a big difference than Time Warner very pleased with their service and their customer service and their products. The only question I have with the desert hot springs Spectrum store is they never fly the American flag or the California flag they have three flag poles in front I assume one for the US flag one for the California flag and one for the Spectrum flag they never fly the flags there I dont know why.

Horrible. So I get talked into a triple play package, guy calls it in and they try to tell him my property has no meter box... After about half an hour of their own rep arguing with who ever was on the line saying he was staring right at the meter box himself he hung up and called back to get another person on the line. Sooo set up an appointment and Id told dude before theyd been out and said theyd have to run a pipe from the power pole to the house and he insisted not. ( thats why I went thru with it) sure enough install day comes and my time I scheduled was for 4-5pm dude shows up at like 930 am wanting In. I said no come. Back at your right time... Sits outside my house for a good long time b4 leaving and returns at 3....

No Stars here. Staff totally incompetent. Ordered phone/internet/TV 2 weeks ago. Technician arrived wrong address first attempt, then re-scheduled a week later on their mistake and, after waiting between 9 am and 7 pm that day, the tech noted that they were just overwhelmed with calls and put it off again! Called their tech support, no supervisors to speak of. Just sad! So Im waiting again 2 additional days and their "support" center claims theyll be out tomorrow between 9 and 7. Really stupid service, so if youre considering between TWC and Verizon or ANY other provider, skip the TWC. Next time, we will!

Time Warner is not a company I will ever endorse because of their lack of professionalism and integrity. Their customer service is very poor and their entire concept of customer relations is built on the money they can make, not honest and helpful accommodation. Never again.

Constant service outages. Over priced;they want to bundle everything, so you cant get what you want without having a package of services. TWC was terrible. Spectrum is even worse. Customer service reps hardly speak intelligible English and have a haughty attitude.

Friendly staff. The guy that hooked my box up was cool. I had to figure it all out myself. All the features. But this is a group deal. The whole complex gets free basic cable included with utilities and rent. Might be a different deal.
