Much better than the TWC days. Weve had old TWC plans at home and at my business, and someone brought to my attention the fact that the Spectrum plans offered better speed for less than we were paying at both locations. I called and was told that because I had Intelligent Home, I had to go through them for the home change. I called IH, and the savings were substantial, the speed was to be twice as fast, and the customer service rep had no problem sorting it all out - the only glitch is that my DVR is not compatible and I have to swap it out and reprogram. A minor inconvenience for a major savings. She then transferred me to Spectrum Business Class - that CSR understood what I was trying to achieve, and was able to set it up in a few minutes. My speed at the office will double, and my overall rate for internet and phone will go down a minor amount. No equipment changes or on site service call needed. Compared to what Ive been through with TWC over the last 15 years, this is a vast improvement. We will see if they follow through, but right now Im very hopeful.

Very poor. I called to complain about my bill going up $40 a month for no apparent reason. The representative shuddered, stammered and clearly did not know what she was talking about. She put me on hold to find a solution. When she returned she said there was nothing she could do to lower my bill and suggested I call back in a week to see if theres a special. Ill do one better! Ill be dropping all my Time Warner equipment off and canceling my TV, Phone and Internet!

I have had Time Warner for the last 10 years and they have always been friendly and helped me with any problems I have encountered with my service. The only thing is sometimes the phone and internet will go out and that becomes a problem, But all in all they have been a wonderful company to do business with. And they always help with working to keep my payment down with a call or coming into their Palm Desert office. Thats a plus. all in all a solid company.

Horrible experience I will say. Bills will always go up. Said that I didnt pay the first bill, but who will come to install Internet cable and phone and leave without charging me and have service still working for weeks?! If thats the case its better to get an expensive tv network or satellite, itll be the same cost as time warner cable but better quality and better service.

Worst wifi company in the Palm Desert area! I play video games on this wifi and they promised it wont crash and will be 6 times stronger than x company. It crashing every 5-10 minutes when Im playing and every 30-45 minutes when Im using it casually! They always come by with their technician and say there we go it should be fixed now. Its not and never has been!

Slowest place on planet earth. Slower than the slowest DMV. They really should do a drop off/pick up line to keep the traffic rolling. Undecided confused people about their service should take their sweet time in a different line but let people who are just dropping off or picking up equipment fly through... absolutely insane how slow they work there.

What happend to the good Food Network shows? Yesterday you had eight continuous hours of Chopped. With all the really great Chefs and good cooking shows why are we stuck hours on end with boring contest and game shows? Get rid of those shows and get back to showing real chefs

Spectrum is fake and laying as people they charge way to much just for regular cable is about 67 that lied to me and said it was going to be 47 just regular cable, know my bill is 145 this is crazy think twice, their advertisement toss them away

Very expensive service for what you get. Im sorry but Ive had issues since I first started and told they will be resolved, they arent. Although I must say, service was much better in Los Angeles. Is it issues with this valley perhaps?
