I was thinking about switching over the spectrum and was changing over from U-verse because I havent almost the entire condo with wireless. It varies in speed. I scheduled an appointment took a day off to meet with the cable company. "Cable" being the operative word. The "cable" company now known as Spectrum what used to be Time Warner doesnt cable your house they only do first floor so unless you had it in construction they are not going to cable any other rooms above one floor. I spoke to a "supervisor" (I use the term supervisor only in title not is helpfulness or friendliness ) Octavio seemed to be lost and wanted give me the proverbial answer that they have a company that they wont go above first floor they dont run cable to more than one floor. So if you have a house and its above one floor you wont be able to use Spectrum?? Im not sure its the entire truth. I think its two knuckleheads who dont understand whats going on. As they explained if true would mean Spectrum is not an option for you if you do not have cabling throughout your house above one floor. So I have to stick with ATT U-verse as all the Spectrums DVRs according to Mohammed and Octavio are run by coaxial cable only. Ive never heard of such a thing Ive used Cox and Ive used Time Warner and Ive had condos with more than one floor and a they have pulled cable and set it up. It was funny the technician and I use that term loosely says," its impossible to run cable". More likely its impossible because they want to save money and not have some they run cable they allotted four hours to hook up for DVRs and never qualified me to find out if everything had a cable box? So I think strongly about ever think about switching over the spectrum as they seem to be lost what the quick buck do not want to do cabling one and all cable for you to put the boxes together for you basically. Many of us out there can do it ourselves. So the days and then come in and run cable and setting up your boxes is over. I would not recommend them. The two employees I met today, the tech guy and "supervisor" seem only to do the bare minimum. So I just put it this way, if they do the bare minimum when they come out to do an install ................................... I can only imagine they will do the bare minimum on service. I would strongly stay away.

The absolute worst. I pay for their "high speed internet" which only works if Im the only person online in my entire neighborhood. Anytime after 5:00 it takes me 3 hours to watch a 40 minute show. My roommate and I have iPhones, computers and 1 TV. That seems to be too much for TWC to handle. My bill is over $100 and the service is absolutely atrocious. If you have the option, go with Comcast or AT&T for your Internet and cable needs. Both of them have lower rates and better results.
