They are lying to people about internet speed they deliver. I ordered 60 mbps and they stated that this was the fastest available in my area. When the installer finished, I ran a speed test and was getting 30 mbps HARD-LINE. I questioned the speed and he stated that this was the fastest they have available unless I upgrade to ultra which is 100 mbps. He also stated that this was a recurring issue that most of their customer service issues were in regards to customers not getting what was promised. I have spent over 20 hours on the phone with tech support and managers... BOTTOM LINE THEY DONT CARE!They want me to upgrade and when I asked what is the performance guarantee they cant give me one. So...they want me to spend more money than I do now and I may still not get what I am paying for. I am reasonable and stated that once they deliver what they promised I would upgrade, but as a new customer I am not willing to spend a dime more until you deliver what I am supposed to get. Their answer, that they cant get me 60 mbps, so its either be happy with 36 or pay more for 100. I am asking all friends, family, network groups, veterans, and subscribers to Spectrum, Time Warner to check your speed at www.speedtest.net and if you are not getting what you were promised to complain. I will be posting this everywhere.

We keep being kicked off they have sent service technicians 4 times still after repairs told all good some bad connection with wire supposedly but nothing helped so done with them

I live up in lake Arrowhead..And I loved the ladies in the Sky Forest office . I cant believe they closed it, now I have to drive down to San Bernardino ?!!?? Ridiculous!
