Horrible customer service and company! charging my service more money without any prior notification. Other companies will issued a notice few months before the rate increase or changing on plan. Moreover they blaming on me for a mistake that I didnt make. I did make payment on-time as always and entered it correctly but they said never got any payment and charged me return fee. Thats a scam, as I asked if you have any proof that I did make any mistake on the payment, they said that they dont have it. I have a right to know and need an evidence if I did make a mistake. They cant and will not waive any fee because they will blame their customer for any mistakes. On top of that, they charged under TV services (PEG capital fee and franchise fee) for the payment reversal fee (they said its a tax fee). Again, another SCAM. I never heard that you have to pay tax on the return fee. My bank didnt charge any tax on any fee that I have paid. Funny thing is I dont even have any TV service, why they charged fees and charges for the service that I dont have. Cant wait to switch with other better internet company. PLEASE BEWARE!!!! They just lost a loyal customer just because of this matter.

Was calling customer service today because my bill is going to go up by $76 per month.. I hadont the 200/200 plan. I spoke to the first rep, told her i wanted to keep the internet and get rid of tv and phone, she told me for the 200Mbps plan was a little higher than it used to be.. $10 more...I said ok, she transferred me to someone else, who would actually make the change...I got a completely different story....complete bait and switch...he said it was going to be $30 per month more than the first lady quoted me....then he was trying to tell me my contract was 2 years, but it was going up this year....I was outraged...they do NOT care about their customers.

My room mate and I were promised a $300 dollar gift card we never received. They said it was because our first bill was one day late. We were told that we would be able to pause, record, and rewind live tv from any room in the house. We were only able to do that from one receiver in the family room. After 12 months was over our bill shot uo $50 dollars. Customer service does not care. Even trying to return the equipment was youve cancelled is giant waste of time. I will never use this cable company again.

Customer service AND provided service is laughable, AT BEST. I had to call 4 different phone numbers to establish service. Finally did. Was never able to utilize services because there was a 3 DAY service outage, once i received my equipment. Had to call 3 more numbers to cancel service, only to have to wait on FedEx for 4 days to pick up the equipment, for it to take 4 to 6 weeks to refund my money... for services that I NEVER used.

Time Warner makes 100% False Promises, Ive yet to Receive my signing bonus from when I left U-verse. Dont bother calling, theres no hope. I tried- you either will be transferred in circles until you decide to hangup, you will be hung-up on with no call back OR you will be connected to someone overseas that you will NOT UNDERSTAND A SINGLE WORD THATS BEING COMMUNICATED TO YOU.

I had my service interrupted and could not get it resolved via overseas customer service. I live in Anaheim and the Anaheim office was closed today (Saturday) but I was able to go to Corona Office. Amanda was the TWC agent who was able to help me. She was GREAT and took care of the issue, quickly and professionally. Give that woman a raise! Shes terrific. Thanks Amanda!

I was Promised $300 gift card, by T.W.C. If I switch from AT&T to theme. Which I did and I was told I have to stay three months with Time Warner service in order to get the gift. After three months when I called they mention that time Warner do not offer The gift card anymore. This is miss leading customers and I will never recommend them for even my enemy.

Never received gift card after round and round of arguing. Immediately was double charged and rate changed from initial order. Horrible crime to consumers - utility companies can false advertise with no penalty. Americans now have services like a third world country but thats where all the call centers are so they see no wrong in what they do.

Terrible experience. I signed up for Internet & tv service and they said I was only going to pay $79+fees figured around $86, after 2 months my bill was $99.97 and when I called to ask about the increase they said there is nothing they can do. What a customer service!!!

Horrible connection 24/7. Ive had this service for 5 months and I cant even use my laptop or cell phone internet. Whats the point of paying 60$ a month for no wifi? Once I return my box I will never use TWC again.
