Went into store looking to see how I could save some money on my bill. I asked if perhaps I turn off my landline if that would be more cost effective or if I should remove some part of the package. Associate was unable to really offer any info and tossed a flier on the counter and told me to look it over. After 5 minutes of non information and a real lack of expertise or interest I asked him not to do anything to my account of 26 years and I would call Cox since I usually have a good experience on the phone. Went home to make the call and I received an email my phone had been shut off. 5 minutes later I got a survey to fill out. Which I did with my unhelpful frustrating experience fresh in my mind. I will never go back in and am seriously considering going with AT&T. How much more expensive can it be!

I just had Cox Internet, Cable and Cox HomeLife Security installed. I was impressed with Jorell Mitchell, the technician that installed all my equipment. He was very polite and thorough. I am excited to use my new cable TV, especially with the voice activated remote. Ive never had a cable system that does so much. I also like that the panel for the Security System sits on the counter (like a little computer) and doesnt have to be installed on the wall. It also does way more than most security systems that Ive had in the past........even tells you the weather forecast. Another note: Every time Ive called Cox the representatives have been very friendly and helpful.

Cox is nothing but a ripoff. I signed up a couple years ago paying less than $100/month. I made no changes except to cancel several pay channels I never watched. Did my bill go down? Heck no its somehow over $200 now. Ripoff! Plus my Internet goes out literally every night now for a couple of hours. People go with satellite if you can. Cox is a ripoff artist.

What a pain... you get told one thing in the store and then when you try to follow up, you need to remember who you talked to otherwise you have to call the main number who keeps opening orders to fix your bill but NOTHING COMES OF IT... only been 3 months of paying a ridiculous bill that was not in the original conversation.

This is sort of my "home" store. I travel for long periods away from my DP home. I always come here first, and last to pick up and deliver my cable TV box. The associates have always been helpful, couteous, and quick.
