I had a co,plaint about false billing. The lead office person could not assist and let the store manager know I was waiting. She made me wait for over an hour . She said she was on the phone in the back with a customer. I reminded her that I was a customer that was in her store She was then very rude so I asked for the Corporate office number in NY. She said she would not give me the number and that if I wanted it I could go home and try to find it on the internet. Another customer came over and also told her she was very rude. I found the NY number and called NY to report her. I hope they at least reprimanded her. In addition to this every time you call their toll free number you get sent to the Philippines. They tell you something and then send you to the office. The office then said that whatever the people in the Philippines said was wrong. Terrible customer service in my opinion.

The blonde young girl that helped me failed to mention that my great package would change if I was returning one box. Next day my bill is higher by 40 dollars because promotions change from day to day. My bill has not stayed the same and Ive only been a customer for almost 2 months. This sucks!!! I give 2 years for any of these rip offs like Direct T.V still be open. People are getting smarter and buying antennas for 35 and adding Hulu,Netflix and Amazon Prime. Im doing the same this weekend!!! Thanks for making it easier with no contacts. By the way thats a negative star.

Dont care for Time Warner . Had cable , internet and phone. Was paying WAY to much for so little. Had problem after problem with cable and on demand. Would be calling on a regular for issues. Customer service was great considering the amount of time I spent on the phone with them. At least they got that right. Cancelled everything but internet which they upgraded for all my troubles but was informed it was a temporary upgrade.. geesh really?! So disappointing. Will more than likely cancel when increase happens. I guess time will tell. Overall not too pleased.

Getting used to poor quality while paying full price. What a world we live in. Used to be you would have to give our money back for poor quality and you would be unable to claim "time warner better " because we had truth in advertising. Now days you can lie all you want and pick our wallets clean. We even have to bring in our rented boxes for repair and you wonder why we are finding other ways of getting entertainment. Your losing market share and I will cheer the day you go belly up.

I loved Time Warner cable. They were always so helpful with my bill and helping me achieve the best for my buck. Now that Time Warner has been gobbled up by Spectrum, they are horrible. Prices keep increasing and customer service reps do not even try to help you find a better deal. They are like, "Sorry your promotion expired. Nothing we can do to help you." Might be time to start looking into some satellite services.

The installation service sucks I had an appointment from 10 to 11 and they never came to my door. They use an excuse saying they called but if you agree on a time and have an appointment why the hell dont they show up. I was waiting all morning for nothing. Decided to cancel the order dont feel like dealing with bad service.

I would give it negative stars if I could. Over a month just to get a phone line in and their customer service is beyond terrible. I HATE this company. If you are deciding where to go, run far, far away from time warner.

Worse customer service. The management do not solve issues. They claim to lose information. Be sure to keep all receipts when paying bill and turning in equipment. Very shady company and location

I used to have TWC, but moved and was forced to get Charter. I cannot wait for them to merge together. TWC I miss you. Also this store location is very nice and everyone is helpful.
