I was directed here by a rep over the phone. I like to make all deals ( contracts) in person because it is my money they will be taking. I am here now and there is no rep, all I have Is some instructions on a paper and a phone on a table to call. This is not a TWC store the real one is aperently in Chapman st. I just want to talk to someone about getting some Internet at home.

All the prior postings are accurate. TWC needs to advice its customers its a corporate office and not open to customers. Drove a long way from Lakewood on the advice of a TWC representative.

Likewise. This place is advertised as being opened on weekends. Even the customer service from TWC said so. But it wasnt. They should change it if theyre not open. Its very misleading.

Time Warner sucks! there phone people are in India. they told me a service location was open on sunday in Fullerton. the address the gave me belonged to a liquor store.
