They scammed what a nightmare im taking them to small claims paid 380$ early termination fee to dish becaused i switched to twc when they offer me $300 visa if i placed my order by sep 20, 2015 which i did they told me wait 2 weeks to claim your 300$ visa then 2 weeks passed i call where is the link so i could claim my visa so i could used to paid the credit card i used to paid my early termination fee with dish they said we disqualify u because we install on the 26th of sep 2015 i got upset an cancell right away theyblie to me with next day installation bad service i escaladed to managers they just said we will call u back i call back trying to get help so they didnt return their call i when to this location on garden grove to returned equipment samed place i pick up from the clerk said well at least u will get ur 30 fay money back guaranted anither lie i waited for refund nothing so i call my bank the credit card i used to paid 1st month they refunded my money back but twc send me to collections. 160$ i was forced to paid or they would ruined my credit..so now im reporting them to the better business burea and will take them to small claims...for fraud...and i dont want their business in this home we are going to take legal action i haved receipts..
