bad service every time i go and pay they increase my bill also i know it originally cost 44 and im paying 65 because they came adding that roku free if i moved to it plus hbo i cannot be paying too much and speeds change up and down they say one thing and later its another thing ughh the bad thing is this guys dont let came other companys in their territorys because i tried to get another company where i should pay less but this company wont let them. whyyy. i have to be forced to be with this guys thats unfair. oh and the guys at the irwindale office no offense but they dont help but only are like robots. oh and there is a comment from somene her down here that says this>>>Very clean facility. Short line to pay cable bill. who cares about short lines if my needs are not to pay alot.

Charter is my only provider in my area. Sadly, I had to go with them. Well 2 technicians have came to my apartment unit only to tell me that my unit is "unserviceable". So someone that wants service cant get it because you guys cant figure out a way to hook me up? I fond that hard to believe. Other providers tried everything before saying ok we cant at my old house. But charter? They didnt even try. I wish time warner or verizon were offered but I got stuck with these which cant even do a job

The transaction was quick and painless. Walk in, swap device, walk out. I docked one star because the people behind the counter dont know the details of the replacement devices, only that theyre current; the phone rep told me what to ask for, but this only led to confusion at the counter. In the end all was good because I got what I needed anyways.

Im one of the owners of Colony Azusa. Charter is lazy to fix the problems. let the customer waiting one mouth without the internet service. No body take care of the issue. I wont suggest the person I know to apply Charter service, never.

Very bad service, I am paying more money for less speed, they said I will get 100 MGB and I am getting 15 MGb only, I cant run even FB with it, and there are no other providers in Azusa beside this terrible Charter

I work next door to these guys...they are constantly flying out of the drive way and cutting off other drivers, and they keep running the STOP sign. Very rude!
