DO NOT USE TIME WARNER I just moved to Canyon Lake. I chose Time Warner because they appeared to be the best value. (THEY TURNED OUT TO BE ABOUT THE SAME AS THE OTHER SERVICES) I work Monday through Friday so it took me 2 WEEKS to get a appointment on a weekend. I had a window between 10 and 11. At 10:50 the guy called and said he was going to be about 15 minutes late. I had to leave so I had someone come to my house to wait for him. I called at 12:30 to see how things were and the Time Warner Guy NEVER SHOWED UP. I called his cell and he would not answer the phone. I wasted my day waiting and had someone else waste their day waiting for the guy and he never showed up. I called time warner and complained all they said was they had a opening the following week. Time warner has no respect for their customers nor their customers time. I have told other people about this and everyone seems to have a horror story about time warner. EX: Superbowl last year the cable went out in the middle of the game. There is no tv menu you actually have to go on line to see what channels you have, or call their customer service.

I havent use TWC for 4 1/2 months and they sent my account to collections for a modem that was turned in to them on time and for the past 4 months they call back and i have to re-explain what happen, Today is the 5th call from them and i have gone out of my way to insure my credit isnt hurt for something I didnt do. Every call end with sorry my bad this $110 will be taken off, but they wont email any confirmation of payment or mail me any documents. DONT GO HERE AT&T® U-verse is much better and the one mistake they had was fixed in same day.

Time warner .. Bad service... High speed internet.. False. always cuts out.. If you set a appointment.. They are suposed to call before.. They are not shows. They were suposed to mail me a remote over a week ago.. Never did. Bad service.. If my child didnt need to watch the Dodgers.. I wouldnt use them...

Terrible customer service. I have been trying since February to get a refund for an account that I had opened for a total of 15 minutes, and they still have yet to refund me. I have never had a company be so rude and not willing to actually help. Once again TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Recently went in and the girl in the front desk must hate her job. She carried on with conversation before asking for next customer and she didnt even really ask. The other guy was actually more helpful than her. Offered my kids candy he must of felt really bad

One of the worse services I have received in the recent past. When they switched to spectrum it got even more horrible... I will never recommend this company to anyone. Some of the poorly trained employees are miss handling the complaints as well..

Time Warner is now Spectrum..the service has been great..they even came out and buried the cable in a few hours..in the hot sun..and improved my signal I didnt even have to ask...didnt pay a Thing..Way to Go Spectrum..! Ohhh Rahh,,,!
