03/28. 12 noon. There were 2 ladies working when we walked in. We talked to the older lady. Our old modem didnt work well. She helped us exchange the old modem for a new one then started doing something on her computer. When we asked if theres any charge, she said $10/month. We didnt know that but she said its too late. We have to return the modem in 7 days. We understand the fee but customer service shows absolutely no empathy.

TWC is horrible!! Run away, run fast!! Whole TV experience was awful. Gave me a box that had the previous users shows programmed to be recorded, so I couldnt record. God forbid I try to use the on demand feature, because that didnt work! The tech didnt leave any literature to help troubleshoot, I call and ask for them to send me something and they send a channel guide

The subcontractor came to install new service but insisting only to install new line while other company man used the old line. It should be okay to use an existing line. This decision results in no Internet for more than two weeks until rescheduling installation. Worst service mentality.

Came to the office here to exchange a non-functioning remote, "no problem" said the Time Warner/Spectrum employee behind the counter. Away she went and quickly came back with a brand new remote in hand...and now everything is well with the world. Service+new remote=joy.

terrible service, terrible customer service - each month our bill went up and up and up with no warning - scammers and slammers. Time Warner is not a good company and the customer service is obviously not here in America

Recently upgraded to 300mbps. Good service always up and running. Good and friendly staff
