I have been a Time Warner Cable internet subscriber for only a few months now, but within that time I have encountered at least a half a dozen incompetent employees and several mistakes on my account that Ive had to correct. I recently purchased my own modem to replace the dinosaur that TWC had leased to me, so I had to return the equipment to one of their locations. Dreading this trip, I had planned for the worse, wondering just how long it would take before the employee would have to ask me to keep my voice down. So I decided I would be brave and make my way over there. Though no fault of TWC, the parking lot is a minuscule little space and really not adequate. Once I did get into the TWC office, there was already a small line of three people, however, there were three employees on duty, so they made quick work of the line, and I ended up waiting less than five minutes before I was helped. I explained to the young lady that I was turning in my leased modem and she confirmed that I had bought my own. I was all prepared to give her my account number that I had pulled up earlier on my phone, my name, phone number, social, inseam length, first pets name, and street my second cousins best friend grew up on. However, all she did was scan the barcode on the underside of the modem, enter in a few keystrokes, had me sign a receipt, gave me my copy, and sent me on my way. I couldnt believe it.....that was it? No fight? No long wait? Bravo!

La mayoria de las veces que e ido a sido solo a pagar y los que te tienden son todo el tiempo muy amables y corteces se toman el tiempo para atenderte y contestan todas tus preguntas cordialmente pero no ay una respuesta correcta cuando se trata de el servicio por ejemplo estoy con time warner o con espetrun esa es la preguta y el servicio quien me lo esta proporcinando cual de los dos porque si quiero cambiar un servicio no pudo porque espectrum tiene uno y time warner tiene otro porque tengo que tener el que espectrum quiere y no el que yo quiero porque no me dejan escoger

This is my first time using TWC, needed to pick up the modem to rent since I dont own one and no point to buy one now as theres supposedly a lot of changes coming later this year in the world of broadband internet. I got here around 940am and had just one person ahead of me, I was helped within 5 minutes of arriving. You have to take a ticket number so if its busy be sure to not miss the ticket machine. The rep was friendly and quick, told me what to expect and answered my questions. Really no issue at all. All I have with TWC is internet. I got the 100mbs down/10mbs up for $45/month with the free WiFi so just $8/month for the modem rental so a total of 52.99 a month. If I come across a good modem and router on Craigslist then I can cancel the modem rental, but again from what I read no point to buy a New modem and router at the beginning of 2016 as newer standards will be set late this year that could make your $160 minimum cost obsolete within just 2 years.

Super slow service No sense or urgency when dealing with guests Had two employees who were standing around, instead train them to be on register. The employee said they will put a notice on my account to cancel my service and when my roommate went to drop off the box, they said I had no cancellation notice on my account. I later contacted TWC via chat and they told me all cancellations had to be made over the phone first. That would have been good to know. I can deal with TWC online but the stores, in particularly this one, are no help! I am now considering changing my internet provider because the customer service is terrible.

Is great we had internet but have a infant so we need it cable just for her. We got their and no one was their they took their time to help us to get the best package.. after we left there was a huge line.. sorry about that but if your going to pay do it over line or send it in.. of come from 9am to 11am good time to payments.

They take their time with each customer& answers any QUESTIONS. If one want faster service use the internet or mail your payment. There it take time but they are great & pay attention to details.
