If you can get another company do it please! This cable company is horrible. They have bad customer service and they all just want to pass on the buck and avoid you at all cost. They seem to be the least expensive company but in reality if you count how many times you need to call because youre having issues and you cant enjoy your programs then it might not even be worth the hassle. These comm companies monopolize the industry and are therefore able to get away with the worst customer support and you cant really do much. Again, I repeat, DO NOT get Charter. Or do if you like only being able to watch four channels and spotty internet.

These guys are idiots. I received a mailer claiming to offer 60 mg biz class internet for 39.99 a month, and no hidden fees or contracts. So I called to schedule for a service connect, and they told me I couldnt have the cable without the phone bundled in. I told the guy I didnt need phone. He told me that the minimum monthly price would be 129.99 a month if I bundled the two together. I must be tired or something, because it didnt seem like the guy heard me when I said "NO PHONE." Anyway, I had a promo code, he said they didnt have a place to even enter that. WTF? Complete scam.

DO NOT GET THIS! Charter sucks sooooooooooo bad the wifi turns off ALL the time and if u ever see those commercials on tv of charter they are SCAMMING U. Those commercials say that their cable company can be working 24/7 but they are false advertising because it will be a normal day and the wifi and tv will all of a sudden go off. This company ALLWAYS have "Outages" and "Weather Problems" when it is a normal day. TRUST ME DO NOT GET THIS CABLE COMPANY. THAT WAS ONE OF THE WORST MISTAKES I MADE IN MY LIFE.

The person who came to install internet messed with my Directv wires, which sent a power surge through my house and fried the video board of my tv. HDMI on tv no longer has sound and my Directv dvr box was totally fried, all my recordings and fights I paid for were gone! Charter still refuses to take responsibility for their error. I would deter anyone from giving this company one dime of their hard earned money.

Havent been to this location but the service I have has been great, both phone and internet. We do not have cable. Price is in line with other options and when you need service you are not on hold forever.

Were told that we could replace our remotes at this facility...was not the case. Drove there for nothing! What were told over the phone and what word old at the facility were two different things.

Dont ever use the payment drop box, they take forever in processing. No phone # to reach someone for help. You would have to walk in for help. What a waste of time.
