The WORST cable company ever. I paid off my account after I closed it. Tried to get a statement later that showed my account was paid in full and was told that I could not get it at the store location. Called corporate for it and because my account was now closed, they could not charge me the $5 fee to mail me the statement and directed me to go back to a store for it. its 2016 and you dont have an option to send a statement via e-mail, really?! They wouldnt even waive the $5 fee so that they could send me the statement. I even tried to pay the $5 with my cc over the phone and their systems couldnt even take the payment. The name change to Spectrum is definitely needed because the Time Warner Cable name has negative goodwill associated with it. However, it wont take long for the Spectrum name to be in the same situation with these ridiculous systems. So now I have to go back to the store and tell them that corporate says that they are indeed the only way for me to get the statement and that they need to figure out how to get it to me. What ever happened to quality customer service?

Fraud alert!!! I came here on a promotional deal they are actually promoting right now until Sept 30th 2016 for $129, 300mb, phone, hbo, showtime, stars with free installation. It is for new and existing customers. In this store they also have flyers with the promotion. I signed up, yah. But then when the installer came he only gave a 200mb modem and couldnt communicate because he spoke Chinese and not English. I called TwC and they said it would be corrected. 3 days later i call again and they said i have a 109$ package but they up charged me on the phone and 300mb extreme? Plus no showtime or hbo? The bill is $210? How is this possible. On the phone they claim the $129 plan does not exist. I have the flyer and also found it on their web site. This is a major consumer fraud issue and subject to a huge class action lawsuit. Businesses cant bait and switch without repercussions.

Time Warner is the worst Company I have ever dealt with... I have set up 5 different appointments for them to install cable. They simply do not listen to special instructions. I asked them to call me roommates number as he was the one at home. they would call my number. I asked them to call my work cell, they called the number on the account. I asked them to call my mothers number, they called the number on the account. I finally get them there and the guy claims he has to drill holes in the building and I need permission from the home owners association. I have left my email address 3 times with them now and no form has been emailed. I have been paying for cable for 3 months and do not have cable. I hope this company goes out of business so others do not have to deal with such incompetence and poor customer service.

The black manager here ROYALLY f***ed my order. I was first told my house couldnt be serviced at all. The tenant before me had twc. Then we came back figured out our order, told me what I wanted to hear. Bullshitting me. I never heard back from them at all. Turns out there was a technician scheduled to come out to my house, with no order number, no verification of any kind. I had to call the 1800 number and get a supervisor to unf*** my order, and then was told my house wasnt even eligible. Great customer service until the part where they stopped caring completely. To manager: you should resign and find different work if u dont like your job.

A time warner technician was working on the neighbors install or Uninstall and somehow cut my service yesterday afternoon. Another technician visited me this morning to turn on the service since it was turned off in error. The only way to the pole was through the neighbors yard and they are not home. There is nothing apparently that can be done until the neighbors come back home and They may be gone for the weekend. All phone Internet and cable are off and theyve offered me a $20 credit amazing at the inefficiency of this company

I wish Id gotten names. One representative refused to help me because I hadnt logged in first. I have a cast on my wrist and I couldnt get the touch screen to work. Too bad for me! Fortunately, another kind young man (receipt says only RV1) took care of me and was even kind enough to bring in the equipment from the trunk of my car to the store. I doubt the first representative wouldve helped with that either! One star for the miserable excuse for a human being who wouldnt help me; five for the one who did.

Time Warner is by far the worst company I am forced to deal with. terrible customer service. employees obviously hate their jobs and I feel like they are ripping me off as my internet does not work 1 to 2 days a week. I have to trouble shoot regularly. Use a different provider if possible. I would pay a much higher premium to switch to somebody else, if I had a choice, but I dont at this address

This company is complete trash. Ive had internet with them for about a year. Never had worse service in my life. Anytime I try to go on the internet, it is either excessively slow, delayed, or just doesnt work because theyre having another one of their routine disconnections that happen a number of times a week. Its like they have a monkey working behind the control board on this one...pfft.

At least the employees seem polite and more knowledgeable than the script readers you get on the phone. If you want to terminate your service, drop your devices off here with no phone retention fuss. The main downside is the stupidly small waiting room; TWC was too cheap to lease a bigger one even though they consolidated at least three offices into this one.

Worst customer service!!!! This is the second time I had to go here to return equipment one time, and to exchange another time, on both occasions their representatives were rude, and had bad attitude, whatever you ask you would get an answer with a tone of sarcasm, and they give you the "are you stupid look"

Absolutely WORST company ever....Id rather pay Frontier double to bring me internet and Cable....its like the devil disguised as a communication company....completely ridiculous! Call AT&T....dont bother with these idiots....I wish Walmart would get into communications business....level the playing field....

Upgraded my cable box and did not receive all the proper necessary cables. I even went out of my way to ask if there was anything else that I was missing and the gentleman assured me there was not. Got home, set everything up, turns out the most essential cable cord was missing. No football tonight.
