My experience has been horrible starting with the installer. He showed up without an appointment with his own box. He wouldnt listen when I told him where the cable connection was and he had ME remove part of the fence next to my home. He says sorry you are correct put it back. He then decides to disconnect my Direct TV and use the old cable so he doesnt have to go under the home and get dirty. He hooked up the box that he brought. He then cant get it activated so it wont work. I now have no TV because he has disconnected it and his equipment doesnt work. He says that he can hook it back up but that I will be charged for the next installer to hook up the next box. OK no TV for a while. Im not going to pay for something that I didnt do. I get a new box and it decides to start changing channels on its own. Tech support fixed that but it started saying that I need to push ok to continue watching the channel that I was on. I decided that if I had issues with the second box that I would upgrade to a DVR. It also has issues. It only has sound on some channels so I have to return it. Oh and one more issue. I also have Internet and the speed isnt what was advertised. Nothing but problems with TWC. Needless to say that IM NOT HAPPY WITH TWC.

Our cable box would shut off after a couple of hours if you werent right there to change the channel and we noticed the monthly cost had crept up so I called customer service... Advised from the customer service rep on the phone, I went to the G street location and changed out our equipment . Got home and found out the power cord for the new modem was missing, went back got the cord and after reconfiguring everything, found out they gave us a box that wasnt compatible with our remote devices, on the Time Warner app. Now we have to make a third trip down there to get the correct Moca box that can do what we are paying for. Get it together Time Warner!! Your service is not cheap nor up to date with technology!

This is the new location, they are no longer on Anaheim St. In Wilmington. The new location is in the middle of an industrial area, OK parking on street is available but not much available during construction. The office is clean, and they have friendly employees, however, they only had 1 working at the time and the line got pretty long. So expect a wait, do not go if you are in a hurry. The employee handled the rush very well, as she kept working as fast as she could.

Two days ago I called this Time Warner Location in Wilmington to get Service for my and my boyfriends apartment, and the next day which was Sunday and they were apologizing to me about that they could not find our location of our address to setup Service, BUT yet when I called the Time Warner in Torrance, they had everything they and I needed to setup my Service

Surprisingly the customer service that everyone defines them as being totally crappy, has been good for me, now if i can only get them to stop incrementally sneaking my bill up and up each month that slowly rises for reasons that make no sense, all would be well.

Went here to pick up a modem/cable box and for a drop off. Employees at the window pretty much sucks here, but at least they were able to fetch ordered equipments quickly, and I got to leave within a minute or two.

The times that i have been there i have to waste 30 to 45 mins. Of my time. Theres inly one employee at the window and they dont care if they have a 5 or 10 people waiting in line. The service is really poor.

Never ever get Time Warner cable. We had to use them because they were the only one in the area. Horrible internet connectivity, bad phone service, bad all around experience.
