Cox communications sucks! Can anybody do their job correctly these days? For the past 4 months we have been getting past due bills for bills we paid through chase online bill pay. I spend hours on the phone each month with a rep explaining the issue over and over again. They then direct me to the receivables department, who has had me send the SAME proof of payment stubs from my online bill pay account 4 times. I even received an email saying the issue was resolved. Yesterday I get an email saying (even though they have the chase online bill pay prof of payments, which shows the cox stamp on the back of the check) they need copies of fronts and backs of the check to resolve the problem. This is online bill pay. I dont have an actual check!! Today our phone and Internet service was disconnected. We unforward our phones at 6:30. Their business department doesnt even open until 8:00. #Fcoxcomminications #bunchofidiots

What can i say? If there was such a thing as a unicorn this would be it! The store was very clean and all the reps very friendly! I went in to sign up for cable and internet with a limited amount of funds. But the reps let me know of the offers that were available to suit my needs! There was adjustments but positive ones! They went out of their way looking through codes after codes to be able to get me what i wanted for the price i could afford. They found so many discounts i was able to add home security!!! I never thought i would be able to have that service but they made it possible! Now my home can be protected both when im there and when i am not! I know its not a body gaurd but it feels close!

I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service I received at this store...I usually dread dealing with cable/telecommunications reps, as I have not had good experiences with the products and people in the past. This time, Shane really helped me navigate through the process and I didnt feel like I signed up for anything I didnt need or want, I didnt feel hustled, and I didnt feel like I was just another face in the crowd. He was very knowledgeable and patient and I really appreciate the excellent customer service

Great store. Great Staff. I have a complicated issue with my bill so i went in the store pissed ready to disconnect my service. I was paying over 250 dollars. The store manager Shane was very quick to assist me from the door since the rest of the staff all had customers. Shane was able to put a smile on my face when he lowered my bill to $160.30 then said thank you for being a loyal customer for over 20 years. At this point I was happy and in good hands. We decided to keep the service. Thanks COX Store Palos Verdes.

I had been debating on what service to go with so I decided to walk in to Cox and ask questions. As soon as I walked in i was greeted and taken care of. Shane answered all my questions and helped me sign up for Cox. I felt so comfortable, you could tell that Shane just wanted to help me save money and STILL get good quality service! I left very pleased with the service I received. I definitely recommend this location. Thank You Shane for all your help! Keep doing what you guys are doing!

So I dont usually write reviews but this place deserves one. Im so used to using time Warner cable and every time I go to their stores its long wait times and bare minimum service. Went to this Cox and was greeted with smiles and didnt have to grab a number and wait and wait. Shane listened to what I wanted put in a little advice and I was on my way with a new bundle. Didnt try to push products on me that I wasnt going to use. I recommend this store if your looking to get tv and internet.

I went into your store as a support system for my Auntie, who was there to dispute a charge. I was so impressed with the level of service & overall doctrine that was adhered to by your representative Anthony that I felt compelled to divulge my experience to upper management. The best store ever! The sales staff was very helpful in getting me some good deals. Their Gold bundle with is awesome. It has like very channel I can think of HBO, STARZ, CINAMAX, SHOW TIMES . 300 mbps speed internet and phone that calls Mexico and Canada. to top it off the home security system they gave me too with a free camera. Little expensive but I got everything I needed in one place and Im very happy with the service and quality. GREAT JOB!!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!

My wife and I cant say enough great things about this Cox store and the employees. We made the mistake of trying another service provider and were back to Cox in weeks. Brian was awesome and helped us to quickly get our service back up and operational taking the time to ensure we fully understood our options so we could make the best choices. I couldnt believe how personable the staff was the minute I walked in. They answered all my questions, and were so helpful in helping me find a package that fit all my needs, if only other business customer service reps were this friendly and helpful, life would be so much easier! The service at this location is by far the best service I have ever encountered with cox! If you are local, skip the phone call and go into this office for your cox needs. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and will go out go their way to help you with whatever you may need. They also helped me to lower my bill AND I got better service and more channels! I have only dealt with Cox Communications over the phone, which I found to be a bit frustrating and sometimes confusing. When I saw the store front recently I stopped in to find out what they had to offer. I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable sales person. Anthony was eager to explain some of the different packages that might suit our needs. Really glad I stopped in!
