I Was not only RIP off ,by overcharging for internet And Phone ,but also service Being imterrupted frecuently specially When is Wendy. The Main reason im doing this review is becouuse When I called To discuss The change on my montly charges, Costumer service did lower The rate ,but change my Phone Number with out notifying me,plus cut my service until a tecnician came The next day,after my Husband spend 2 Hrs on The Phone trying To figure out why I did not have any service. We only have time warner cable for internet, in Sylmar. Tha is why they abuse Costumer left And wrigt. Time warner cable have one Of The worse Costumer service And they dont care.

Went to get some service set up and they told me the package I was getting would come with a year of HBO. 3 months later it finds out they gave me free Starz, HBO and Showtime for only 3 months and had a ridiculous bill all of a sudden. Apart from that their service is subpar. I try calling them with their own phone service and theres sometimes a lot of static and noise cuts in and out. Internet is pretty good actually for the 30mps I got but it sucks that they got the order wrong for when the cable installer came to set up our service. He said they put that we want 3 TVs set up instead of the 5 we asked. Horrible customer service.

I been with time Warner cable for for almost 2 years and I just swing by here and saw this msg about ppl having problem with there internet if your paying for 100mbps up to 300 mbps do you self a favor and go to best buy buy your own boxes now you have too buy 2 one to connect the internet and second for your wireless ask the associate at best buy what works best for your internet dont get the one box with both Internet and wireless in it, Ill be just like getting the box from time Warner cable that wont do the job , Im happy I get fully 100mbps sometimes I get up to 112mbps hopefully is used full for some people .

TWC/SPECTRUM-- same company under the same cloak. Dishonest another cable company that hit you with hidden charges after a few months. When you challenge the charges, they make it seem they are doing you a favor by correcting erroneous charges. TWC/SPECTRUM supervisor used deceiving tactics. I work for Nation Utility Company, we record all calls and I know TWC/SPECTRUM records call, when I visited their service center I was told different. I am doing with YOU. I rather take my changes else. BEWARE of TIMEWARNER CABLE/SPECTRUM be ready to be scammed by them.

Very bad service when it changed to Spectrum! I had 2 years time Warner without any issue but after they change it or sold it t this spectrum co. every time I have problem disconnection lower speed than plan and recently after 3 months upgrading my plan they increase the monthly charge 5$ without any reason! I chat online and they make an appointment with resolution center about it! but he said we have no contract with you! so disappointing!!! never recommended again to my friends!

My father was totally ripped off!! Having time Warner for over 15 yrs now I called for him to get phone and wifi added I specifically told them we wanted everything the same which he was paying 42$ about a month just quote me for adding bundle, they came back with around 100$ sounded great done..... So he lost 70% of his channels and when I tried reaching them after the 50th time they said sorry if we wanted all channels we lost it was extra upgrade in packages!!

I had TWC for years, internet and cable. After they switched to spectrum I cancelled my cable and upgraded my internet speeds. For the past 5 months now the internet cuts out 2-6 times an hour. I have spoken to customer service more times than I can remember replaced multiple "Faulty" modems, and have had technicians come to my house twice. Im writing this after my wifi just went out for the second time today. This company is terrible.

LONG WAIT FOR TECH , FINALLY GOT ABDUL SALAMAR OR WHAT EVER. IN BOLLYWOOD AFTER MANY OH MR JOE HE TOLD ME HE WAS UNABLE TO RE-BOOT MY CABLE BOX THAT HAD FROZEN AGAIN. REPLACED 2 ALREADY. UNIT FAILED 12-31-15 ROSE BOOL WEEKEND. NO SERVICE UNTIL 1-4-2016. COME ON TWC SHOW THIS KIND OF SERVICE ON YOUR TV COMERSHALS, TELL IT LIKE IT IS.

I pay for 300Mbps and I mostly get 70 Mbps. They gave to many customers for the services they try to provide. They dont upgrade their systems to provide what they advertise. One of their own Techs told us.We have had 10 of their Techs and 3 supervisors to our home to try to fix it.
