Time warner sucks big time. I have direct tv at home and has had no problems with them. Im a caregiver at a home and they have TW. Always loosing what ever it looses all the time. I got the sports package and half the time it doesnt work. Even basic channels drop. Its not just this house, my parents have TW and it does the same thing. And if you look on your bill you pay a lot of fees. Thats why I will never go back to TWC. The only thing going for them is the Internet. The Internet rocks! If I could they would get a half a star. They should focus more on their equipment and get more training or go back to adelphia. At least their crap worked!

Staff is efficient. When visiting at the right time, it isnt so much of a zoo and you can get in and out quickly (not that there is much reason to visit except to pickup or drop off equipment). Too bad their internet service just seems slower and price is always increasing periodically. So when the subscription price exceeds their main competitor and Frontier FIOS offers faster speed and more programming package for less, it was time to switch. Sure, they try to call and work with you after you switched, but really? By then it is too late.

We had an issue with the TV after some workers had to unplug it to complete their job. I called TWCs customer service and got in touch with a representative named Shane. Shane took the time (+/- 45 minutes) to walk me through the assembling of the cables and set-up of the TV. The entire time this person was extremely kind and calm; I couldnt have asked for a better person to go through this with. Great attitude and extremely customer friendly. If I ever have another issue, I hope I get Shane or a clone of him.

Great service and very friendly interaction. Went in to disconnect my tv services and upgrade my internet connection for work. There were no lines, and the people were very helpful. I was told to simple disconnect the cable box and bring it in, and I switch my old modem and router setup for a wifi modem instead at the same time. Exchanging the equipment was fast and easy, and the changes to my service were done by the next day. Very happy with Time Warner the whole 3 years Ive been using their services.

4/2/16 - Im supposed to have their fastest top-tier internet service here in Simi Valley and EVERY afternoon after work Im now having connectivity issues. They have oversold their network and it cant handle the traffic now. This problem started about 3 months ago. It used to be good but I wish I had another option now. (AT&T isnt any better in Simi Valley)

Went to upgrade Internet equipment. No line and multiple employees ready to help. Consistently reliable internet service here in Simi Valley! Easily beats the local competitor (AT&T) with regards to service, speed, and price.
