I have been having problems with internet fading in and out. It caused a problem with my internet tv and keeping logged into the computer. Called on a Sunday morning and was told a repairman could be the at 1pm. Boy, was I surprised. Said it would take 2 hours to fix. The repairman was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great reception now. A plus in customer service.

Always having interruptions and outages, have to reboot my modem and cable box several times a week. I pay over $200 for this? My service is down again now. They have a monopoly in this area so they get away with this lousy service.
